Tender For Mw Sr To Structural Conservation Of Ratnabhandar At Shree Jagannath Temple, Puri (2024-2025); 1 Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven storied height made with 40 mm dia M.S tube 1.5 m Centre to Centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M. S tubes, M. S tube challis, M. S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining in a serviceable condition for the required duration at approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required location with essential safety features for the workmen etc. Complete as per direction and approval of Engineer-in-charge 2 Provision for de-plastering of old decade porous lime plaster by manually means including disposal of rubbish outside of the temple gate 3 Provision for taking out the damaged out of plumb, cracked, pulverized, dislodged stone members layer by layer after thorough documentation and stacking of useful materials for reuse 4 Restoration of the missing, damaged, out of plumb and dislodged stone members in the walls, corbels, ceiling, challas with Good quality dressed Khandolite stone blocks obtained from approved quarry/OMC Stockyard in the combination mortar 1:2(1lime 2 sand ) and fixed with as per the original texture including moulding, carving etc. 5 Petty patch mending the detoriated stone surface, pot holes, wide joints/gaps with epoxy mortar (5:2:1) dully tuning with the original look of the structure 6 Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for re-pointing or re-plastering, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 7 Pointing of the joints of ashlar stone masonry in lime 1: 2 (1 lime: 2 sand) mixed with essence mix including cleaning, washing, the joints and curing etc. Complete. 8 Drilling holes of 12 mm dia up to 300 mm depth and fixing nozzles for PMC grout in the inner chamber for fill the gaps, voids and cavities. 9 PMC grouting with emulation added with ordinary Portland cement one part having polymer loading 10% with appropriate dose non shrink powder 0.05 part (Cebex) and plasticizer 0.05 part having pressure 0.2 to 0.5 Kg per Sqmt 10 Provision for 30mm thick traditional lime plaster in 1:2 ratio ( 1 lime, 2 river sand ) mixed with appropriate dose of adhesive including chamfering corners to the original texture of the structure with lime punning up to any height and preparing of surface etc. complete (in 2 layers) 11 Replacement of damaged MS/WI beams in the ceiling with SS box beam of 304 L including removal , fabrication excluding cost of SS anchor bolt s & epoxy grouting as per the advice of the Technical experts Core Committee Members actual details (Design and working drawing) will be submitted before execution of the work 12 Providing and fixing of 25mm dia SS boll ( HIT-V-R M20X 380 re100 OF hilti or equivalent after drilling with 32mm dia drill bit through existing stone masonry and thoroughly cleaning the same following proper method ( Air blow) finally 25mm dia bolt is to be fixed . Approved in the Sanctioned estimate. 13 Providing and laying Granite/Basalt stone slabs obtained from approved quarry and laying over stone adhesive in cement, sand, polymer mortar (1:2) including joint sealing with epoxy mortar (5 : 2 : 1) including cutting, finishing all complete including removal of existing old damaged cement flooring & disposal of rubbish 14 Provision for supplying and fixing of new SS gate at the inner chamber of Ratna Bhanadar including all accessories like hinges, aldrop, Door Handle with required matching traditional design fixtures and fittings.
