Disconnecting / taking out the clutch plate assy, replacing the followingU/Sspares and refixing the same and testing completely:(a)Clutch Disc and cover set - 01 Nos,(b) Clutch Fork - 01 Nos,(c) Clutch bearing release - 01 Nos,(d) Master cylinder assy - 01 Nos,(e) Eicher Eco Max Grease - 01 Kg,(f) Gear linking repair kit - 01 Nos,(g) Clutch system overhauling and fitting - 01 Job,(h) Gear Oil - 01 Ltr.3. Servicing of the veh by the replacing following U/S:(a) Diesel filter - 01 Nos,(b) Air filter - 01 Nos,(c) Mobil filter - 01Nos,(d) Water separator - 01 Nos,(e) Diesel filter pipe - 01 Nos,(f) Rear view mirror - 01 Nos.4. Repair and replacement of the Alternator / Self starter assy.Change with U/S spares and refix the same by testing:(a) Rectifier - 01 Nos,(b) Field coil - 01 Nos,(c) Regulator - 01 Nos,(d) Carbon brushes - 01 Set,(e) Carbon holder - 01 Nos, (f) Packing - 01 Set,(g)Carbon with spring - 01 Set,(h) Armature assy - 01 Nos.5. Taking out the complete proppler shaft assembly, dismantling and carry out the repair with replacement of the following U/S spare parts and refixing the same in original position and testing complete:(a) Propeller cross bearing - 01 Nos,(b) Proppler shaft- 01 Nos,(c) Center bearing - 01 Nos.6. Supply and replace the following:(a) Seat cover (for all seat) - 01 Job,(b) Mudgaurd - 02 Nos,(c) Looking glass - 02 Nos,(d) Horn – 01 Nos.Note: Old demolished materials obtained from the above work shall be the contractor’s property, for which contractor shall pay credit.
