Tender For Provision Of High Mast Light At Various Location At Area-Ii Under Ge Saugor.; 1 Supply, installation and testing of 16 mtrs high mast confirming to IS-875 (Part-III) - 1987 or as per latest, made out of steel plates confirming to BS-M10025 cut and holded to form a tapered polygonal section in two section having 20 sides, plate thickness of base section 4 mm and of top section 3 mm , length of base and top section as 8.25 mm and dia of base section 360 mm and top section 150 mm in two section suitable for wind speed of 180 km/hour with double drum winch and stainless steel rope of grade AISI 304, 7/19 construction, 6 mm dia tralling cable copper conductor 5 core, 2.5 sqmm EPR/PCP insulated, PCP sheathed incl power tools of 1 HP/1.5 HP capacity (motorised system for bringing up and down the lights) and aviation light (LED type) lightening arrestor spike incl feeder pillar suitable for operation of light and motor as per manufacturer design. The mast should consist of8 NosLED flood lightfitting 150 Watt with external control box with all accessories incl lamps mounted on suitable brackets as per manufacturers catalogue incl RCC foundation excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as per manufacturer inctruction/design and its reflection should be carried under the supervision of manufacturer, complete all as specified and directed. 2 ERRECTION PART:-(i) Construction of suitable shallow foundation as per manufactureres instruction subject to vetted from IIT/NIT/any Govt Engineering College. -Job- 01(ii)Errection of the high mast with the help of suitable equipment and wiring of luminaries with all wiring material and labour- Job - 01(iii) Installation of control panel suitable fdn incl all material and labour- Job- 01 3 LT OUTDOOR PANEL :-Fabricate, supply,install, testing and commissioning of LT out door total enclsoed LT panel board of size 0.75mX0.5mX0.3m approx totally enclosed made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof with front opening 440V 3 Phase 4 wire having200 Amps capacity aluminium bus bar insulated wth sleeves, incoming MCCB TPN 63 Amps 440 Volts 25 KA - 01 No and copper wiring with multistranded cable including timer switch electronic type 01 No with necessary MCBs SP 10 Amp 09 Nos contactors etc, cable glands, lugs,suitable control circuit for automatic switchingon and off of the mastand two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and making necessary pedestal 300 mm height from floor level with PCC work complete all as specified. 4 Provn of wiring from panel to light fitting with five core 4 sqmm copper as required at site with flexible conduit pipe etc. 5 Provn of single pointed air termination rod and necessary fitment required for protection against lightning protection. Note:- Earthing shall be measured and paid seperately 6 Testing and commisioning:- (i) Testing & Commissioning of above high mast system complete all as specified and directed. 7 High mast light foundation shall be designed as per manufacturers instruction all as specified in Sch A/BOQ Notes here-in-before and to be approved by Accepting Officers. After necessary approval from Accepting Officer, the work of high mast light as specified in BOQ shall be started and executed all as per BOQ specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 8 Necessary paid voucher duly verified by Engineer-in-Charge shall be kept on record before making payment. Contractor shall submit guarantee certificates issued by manufacturers to Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- Rate quoted against this item shall be deemed to included forfor all above (i.e 1.01 to 1.07)provisions. 9 Supply laying &testing Cable XLPE insulated Screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy Duty) With stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. 10 Supply laying &testing Cable XLPE insulated Screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy Duty) With stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 16 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed. 11 Excavation in trenches in hard/ dence soil not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr depth for laying of cables/poles or foundation etc and getting outcomplete all as specified and directed. 12 Returning, filling, including spreeding leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cmapart complete all as specified and directed. 13 Removing of surplus excavated soil to distance not exceeding 50 Mtr from starting point and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 80mm thickbefore laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable to trenches complete all as specified and directed. 15 Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed. 16 Supply and laying and fixing in position galvanized iron pipe 50mm bore light grade fixed to pole with mild steel clamps of required size or laid through wall/under floor/under road/in trenches Complete all as Specified and directed. 17 M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earthplate electrode 600X600X6 mm thick, burried directly in ground,earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level, steel earth plate connected with 25 x 4 mm GI strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earth test point all as described in MES schedule part II including excavation earth work concreate pit with 50 mm thick RCC cover in RCC 1:2:4 type B-I duly reinforced with MS bars 6 mm dia @ 150 C/C both ways and pit chamber in PCC 1:2:4 type B-I with 2 Nos suitable lifting handles of 12 mm MS bar and GI protection pipe of suitable size,and watering pipe 20 mm dia with water funnel test point and extra length up to 7.5 meter connected to Panelboard all as specified
