(MS Flat will be provided by Contractor) 32 50 x 6 mm size 33 25 x 6 mm size 34 Painting of M.S. flat size 25x6/ 50x6 mm by using one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of green color ISI marked paint after removing rust. 35 Supply and installation of junction box of size 280x225x150 mm made of 167 SWG sheet with grey painting suitable for 2x4x6 C 2.5 sq. mm incomming cable and 2x4x6 C 2.5 sq. mm out going cable fitted with 03 Nos HRC Fuse link of 5A, Cable glands, neutral link, terminal block etc. and fixing of junction box on M.S round pole with the help of M.S clamp. 36 Supply & fixing of 1x60 W LED light luminaries (Crompton/Philips/Wipro make) at designated height on light pole including taking out cable from junction box to light fixtures from inside pole, cable terminations, testing, commissioning and its carthing with 12 SWG GI wire. 37 Providing & fixing of 33 KV feeder name plate of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet plate size 600*400 mm with covering retro reflecting sheet base yellow colour & letter blue colour. 38 Shifting & proper stacking of all balance/ unused items from site to sub-station store and levelling & cleaning of site after completion of work. 39 Dismantalling and other miscelleneous for construction of 1 No AIS33 KV Compresed Bio Energy Plant Bay at 132 KV sub station Balrampur ( Deposit head) under Electricity Transmission Division Gonda. 40 Construction of hut in 33 KV switchyard for ABT cubical panel with the help of asbestos sheet & 15 SWG profile sheet by grouting of 04 No. G.1. angle of size 65x65x5 mm, 2100 mm long with 124 ce mixture and fabricating of open hut type structure size 3000x2000 mm with 65x65x6 mm and 50x50x5 mm G.1, angle on above grouted Qt. Angle by way of welding as per supervision of site incharge (GT angle will be provided by the UPPTCL five of cost and asbestos sheet &15 SWG profile sheet will be provided by the Contractor) 41 Bay wise interconnection/ jumpering byPanther conductor with all associated works from 33 KV main bus to all bay equipments. 42 Dismentalling of auxiliary structure including shitting of all material from site to store 43 Complete dismentalling of following equipment for shifting station transformer to a new bay 44 36 KV Bus Isolator 45 36KV PT 3-phase 46 36 KV PT 47 36KV Drop out fuse set with post insulators 48 Dismentalling of station transformer from the existing location by opening cable termination on one side and jumper on the other and other associated work. 49 Safe Shifting of transformer from previsously existing plinth to new plinth with the help of crane and labour 50 Installation and commissioning of station transformer to newly constructed plinth, entire work of installation include safe mounting of transformer to newly constructed plint, connecting of the bushing of the aforesaid transformers to the jumpers from drop out fuse side and power cable to the LV side . 51 Making of delta earthing for TF nutral earthing by fabrication of 3 nos 3 mtr long electrodes of 40 mm dia M.S. round bar, its piercing below 700 mm of plinth level, sorting with 50x06 mm Flat by electric welding, excavation of trenches, its back filing.
