Tender For Overhauling Of Transformers In Petrochemical Plants 2024 2025; 1 Overhauling of Transformers in petrochemical Plants 2024-2025 2 Overhauling of 11/0.433 KV, 1.6 MVA Power Transformer having oil capacity less than or equal to 2500 litres and complete body painting.Scope of work:A) Preliminary inspection of the Transformer.B) Draining of oil from the Transformer.C) Disconnection and disassembling of bushings, conservator, pipe lines, cooling fins, tap-changer, Inspection windows, Explosion vent unit, main tank lid etc. And reassembling after replacement of all gaskets (Lifting of main tank lid with chain pulley or crane if required)D) Dismantling of conservator tank, Inspection, cleaning, varnishing the interior (if needed) and reassembling after replacement of all gaskets.E) Servicing of MOLG / Level gauge (shall be replaced if found necessary)F) Servicing oil and winding temperature indicator. (shall be replaced if found necessary). G) Replacement of explosion vent diaphragm and wire guard together with gaskets.H) Flushing the interior of the body and windings with new oil to clean inside.I) Replacing of all old gaskets of bushings, radiators, drain plugs, conservator, Inspection windows Buchholz relay, breather & pipe lines and main lid.J) Inspection of drain valves, radiator valves, HV, LV & Neutral bushings. (shall be replaced if found necessary)K) Dismantling, testing and servicing of Buchholz relay (shall be replaced if found necessary)L) Inspection and tightening the inner connections.M) Rinsing of radiators with oil and inspection.N) Reassembling of the transformer to its original shape.O) Refilling of transformer old oil with new oil (shall be replaced if found necessary), processing and testing as per cl.5 of special conditions.
