    Tender Details

    Tender For Urgent Repair Of Uluberia Jetty-- 1 Damaged Wooden planks of Uluberia Jetty Gangway replaced by new Malyasian Sal Wood planks including gangway steps. 2 Damaged turtle back plate to be renewed by 6mm thick chequer plate including hinge. 3 Gangway defective deck structure to be renewed. 4 Gangway securing chain to be renewed by 26mm stud link chain. 5 Supply of and fitment of 12T ‘D’-Shackle 6 All the mooring chains of Uluberia Jetty Pontoon are to be adjusted w.r.t. the Gangway & Linkway including transportation of necessary tools, tackles and manpower at site. 7 Supply of and fitment of 25T ‘D’-Shackle 8 Fabrication and fitment of steel blister fender from 200NB half cut pipe stiffened with ‘D’ shaped stiffener 500mm apart alongwith dressing of damaged wooden fender cleats. 9 Renewal of twin bollard. 10 Renewal of fairled. 11 Corroded and thin down deck plate to be renewed. 12 Chipping, scrapping & cleaning external surfaces of pontoon. 13 External hull including deck fittings of the pontoon to be painted by1 coats of Epoxy Primer and 1 coats of black paint. 14 Chipping, scrapping & cleaning of Gangway including yoke assembly. 15 Entire Gangway to be painted by 01(One) coat primer & 01(One) coat Anticorrosive Aluminium paint.
