Long jointed to each other by means of 05 nos MS strip 50x6 mm of size 150 mm Long each by welding at equal distance interval as per norms and grouting in block of 300x300x700 completely providing two nos cable clamp also.(All materials will provide by contractor except MS channel). 42 Painting of all structures equipment. 43 Construction of Power T/F plinth suitable for 33/11KV 05 MVA power T/F of size 4x3x1.3 having 0.4 mtr height above ground level. The work includes excavation of foundation base concreting in cc ratio 1:6 Mas 12 1st class brick work in ratio 1:4 with coarse sand ,foundation cc in ratio 1:4:8using M.S bar of 12 mm dia for reinforcementthe work includes laying of 2 nos rail pieces 4 mtr long as per drawing/practice the plinth shall be finished in all respect. (only rail piece and M.S angle provided by the department) 44 Construction of masonry type plinth for 33KV VCB of size 1.6x1.6x1 M brick, sand, cement and stone grit including grouting of 4 Nos foundation Bolts for erection of 33KV VCB. 45 Isolator Structure-Fabrication of Isolator structure minimum 3.5 mtr overall height and 2.5 mtr above ground level as per RESSPO drawing, with help of M.S channel 125x65 mm two pieces of M.S channel joined to each other by M.S flat 50x6 mm, diagonally at the interval of 0.5 mtr and top & bottom of the structure. Grouting of Isolator structure in CC (cement ,coarse sand and stone grit of 20 mm gauge) including supply of necessary T&P and painting os structure complete.(only M.S channel and angle provided by the deptt) 46 Lightning Arrestor/ CT structure : - Fabrication of lightning arrestor/CT structureas per RESSPO drawing with the help of 2 nos M.S channel 125x65 mm minimum 3.5 mtr long grouting 1 mtr deep from ground level in cc in ratio 1:4:8. complete in all respect. 47 Erection of structures, grouting, plinthing of ALL structuresequipment. 48 Mounting of accessories/equipment on fabricated structure complete work with making proper alignment and tightening the work includes fabrication work if required for proper operation of equipment . 49 33 KV VCB 50 CT 200/100/1-A 51 33 KV lightning Arrestors 52 Bus/Line Isolator 53 Fabrication & Erection of Neutral Stand structure with foundation 54 Erection commissioning and Testing of 05 MVA T/F mounting of radiator conservator tank exposure vent etc. Filling of T/F oil in radiator conservator tank with complete work as per RESPO Norms. 55 Jumpering complete T/F bay with ACSR panther Cond. and required clamp with nut & Bolts from 33KV existing bus bar to T/F complete work.(01 no. T/F bay) ( Except Panther Conductor all required material provided by Contractor.) 56 Laying of double circuit 11 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable in normal soil/already Constructed trench/As per Site Condition by digging of suitable size of trench as per site condition cable should be covered by bricks and sand with cleaning of Existing Trench. 57 Hoisting, jumpering, clamping of 11KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable on cable stand and 11 KV VCB panelwith proper taping with the help of empire tape. PVC tape and connectors. 58 Construction of Control cable trench of size 150 mm wide 300 mm deep with brick work along with provision trench cover M.S strip at the interval of 0.30 M and M.S angle at both the edge of the trench. 59 Construction and fixing of trench cover0.5 M wide 0.75 mm thick with cement, coarse sand & stone grit in ratio 1:2:4 for covering of cable trench150 mm wide with provision of M.S Angle and MS Bar as per RESPO Norms 60 Laying of copper control cable of following sizes its proper dressing ,ferruling and connection with the system as per Site Condition with cleaning of Existing Trench. 61 Copper Control Cable 2x2.5 Sq. mm. 62 Copper Control Cable 4x2.5 Sq. mm. 63 Pipe boring type earthing minimum 20 mtr deepfrom ground level or upto water level with B class G.I. pipe 2 dia. Connection of equipment with earthing by GI strip 50x6 mm included in the job as per specification/norms for power transformer, VCB, CT/LA and other. (All materials will be Provided by contractor) 64 Extension of 33 kV Bus Bar Gantary complete with structure and other required work. (Except rail/angle/channel/panther conductor all required materials provided by contractor) 65 Dragging of following panels (Control and feeder pannel) from unloading place upto control room and placement erection and grouting, commissioning & testing of the same as per RESPO Norms 66 33 kV T/F Control panel 67 11 KV Incoming VCB 600/300/5A 68 11 KV Out going VCB 200/100/5A 69 11 KV VCB Bus coupler, 350 MVA 70 Interloking Soling and gravels in switch yard as per Norms. 71 Supply of following auxiliary material 72 Rabber mat 2x1.5 Mtr. 73 Erection of 24 V batteries set with charger including stand (Except batteries set with charger all material and stand shall be provided by contractor) & initial charging complete set. 74 Grouting,Plinthing and Painting of new erected 11M long ST poles of single pole support,double pole cableexposures 75 Digging of Pit in kachcha/Pakka land in depth upto 1/6 length of Pole, Dragging of STP from near by place/Dump, Erection of Single pole along with stone pad in bottom with proper alignment of line for 11 KV line on 11 M long ST Pole and refilling with ramming of earth. 76 Grouting of pole in depth of 1/6 the length of pole in ratio 1:4:8 in cement sand and brick balast as per RESPO norms. 77 Construction of pole plinth 300mm x 450 mm above ground levelin 1:2:4 in cement, coarse sand and stone gritt as per RESPO norms. 78 Painting of new erected ST pole with two coat of red oxide paint,PO red paint at top of pole 2 M& balance by twocoats ofbest quality aluminium paint ISI of Burger/Nerolac/Asian mark as pernorms. 79 Fabrication & erection of 11 KV cable exposure type double pole with the provission ofcable with fixing of necesory clamps and other acessories like danger board,number plate,barbed wire,2 no. channels 100x50mm (1600mm each),1 no.MS channel 100x50mm(3200mm in length) for supporting the hoisting of cable & poles.its jumpering by single core PVC aluminium cable with proper size Al.lug after making three phase busbar with help of 11 KV pin,pin insulator and PVC cable. (all material arranged by contractor except steel,pole & insulator).as per RESPO norms. 80 Hoisting of 11KV3X185 sqmm XLPE cable on double pole with MS pipe/GI pipe of size 5/6 dia 3 M longincluding its jumpering complete with clamps, nuts and bolts(all material arranged by contractor). 81 Laying of Single circuit 11 KV 3x185 sq mm XLPE cable in normal soil/already Constructed trench/As per Site Condition by digging of suitable size of trench as per site condition cable should be covered by bricks and sand with cleaning of Existing Trench. 82 Hoisting, jumpering, clamping of 11KV 3x185 sq mm XLPE cable on 11 KV panelswith proper taping with the help of empire tape. PVC tape and connectors. 83 High Pressure Testing 84 Provided NOC from Electrical Safety department for Energization of 5 MVA Transformer. (The amount will be reimbursed as per actual expenditure/receipt issued by concerned department upto maximum limit of Rs. 50000.00) 85 Note :-Return balance materials to LESA store daliganj and other work in site area.
