[*Any other item required for proper functioning of the plant as per direction ofEngineer-in-charge’s shall be included in scope.Rest as per Annexure - A and B to meet specifications and as per tender document.] * Note:-1. All Kinds of Civil works related to walkways, Pathways, Landscaping for proper functioning of STP in all respects to be included in Scope of Contractor and as per tender.2. All Electromechanical and Structural Design and Engineering including Drawings should be approved and vetted by any IIT/Government Institution or department of repute.3. Any other item required for proper construction and functioning of the plant should be carried out as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge’s.

O&M:Operation and Maintenance of sewerage system alongwith the maintenance of STP, complete infrastructure For 3 - YEARS after trial run period of 3 monthsInclusive of the:- Repair & maintenance of E&I as and when required- Manpower required for smooth operation of the plant - 3 operators & 1 Incharge- Consumables required to operate the plant so as to achieve the required outlet parameters AS PER NGT/PCB
