Work At Ward No. 19, 1 Earth work in excavation including stacking/ disposal of surplus earth with all lifts and lead upto 1000 meters exclusive of compensation of earth (MoRTH specification Clause 301 to 305). mechanically by power shovel including mechanical loading and carriage upto 1 km by tipper/dumper 2 Construction of un-reinforced without dowel bar plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub-base with 43 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrance, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing complete as per MoRTH specification clause 602. Using Cement Concrete M-20 Pavement Grade 3 Providing, laying, spreadingand compacting crushed gradedstone aggregate of as per table 400-10 and 400-11 to Wet Mix Macadam specificationincludingpremixing the material with water to OMC in mechnical mixer as per approved design mix, carriage of mixed material by Tipper to site, laying inuniform layers with motor grader/F.E. Loader/paver finisher in sub base / base course onawellprepared under base and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, guarding,barricading andmaintanceof diversion etc. (MoRTH specification:Clause 406)bymechanicalmeanswith all lead 4 Cutting of construction joint/ longitudinal joint 4 to 6 mm. wide & 75 to 100 mm deep using mechanical concrete cutter including cost of diamond bit cutting wheel and filling of bitumen sealingcompound in groove including cost of sealing compound. 5 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing compaction etc. of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering =All up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1Cement :4 Course Sand :8 Graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size 6 Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 metres, scaking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per MoRTH specification claue : 202By Mechanical Means 7 Demolishing cement concrete including disposal of material within 50 meter lead :1:3:6 or richer mix. 8 CARRIAGE OF MATERIALS - Earth, Sand, Lime Morrum manure or sludge.
