All the tools and tackles deployed by vendor should be certified by a competent authority for use in the Port. Such certificate should be duly valid at all times and a copy to be submitted to the AMNSI Engineer-in-charge as and when asked. • Vendor shall provide 24X7 supervisor/competent manpower/operator for machine/equipment operation and regular maintenance by an experienced crew without any obstacles in operation/production. Vendor has to deploy qualified and experienced operators and helpers. Road safety must be followed for the safe movement at any given site. • Vendor supervisor has to provide daily Intercarting report shift wise and material wise as per requirement. • Fuel filling must be done at the site. Necessary fire management gadgets must be available for use in case of abnormal situations. • Vendor shall complete the job as per the direction and satisfaction of the AMNS Port Shift In-charge. • Equipment should be available as per agreement and in case of any break-down, the maintenance team must be immediately available 24X7 days, for the fastest revival. • Spare equipment/machine must be available on standby for immediate replacement as loading/unloading to Ship should not be affected. • All type of maintenance including all spares and fuel will be provided by the vendor for the equipment/machine, fuel refilling to be done at site. • HSE requirements – Vendor shall comply with the health, safety and environment policy as laid down by AMNS Port and Comply with all statutory rules as communicated in our detailed work order. • Vendor must ensure safety for both man and machine by obeying all safety measures prescribed.
