Ltd. Model: CLG836 (or) Equivalent Hourly Basis Equipment should be available round the clock on Hourly basis for steam coal feeding into hoppers. Apart from this, loader services are required for fly ash shifting <(>&<)> loading into dumpers and wet coal spreading <(>&<)> stacking in rainy season, 1) Steam coal shifting and feeding to hopper and loader <(>&<)> operator to be available round the clock. 2) The loader should be in good condition and the latest model with all valid documents. The loader should have closed the cabin to protect the operator from dust. 3) The contractor has to provide an alternative, equivalent or higher capacity machine all the time at our site and in case of breakdown, the primary machine should be replaced with an alternative machine immediately without any delay with in 1 hour. 4) In case of breakdown of loader, the contractor must provide an alternative prime machine that should be replaced with alternative machine immediately without any delay. 5) The operator should be equipped with all PPE for operating hours of machine. All safety measures must be taken care of by the contractor. Medical check-ups (eye <(>&<)> ear testing) for operators should be made available every 6 months. 6) The contractor will have to submit an undertaking at the time of award of contract that any loss, accruing to the property, during the contract period (and extensions, if any), will be borne by the contractor at his own cost. The assessment of damage made by AMNS is final. 7) Operators should follow 8hrs/shift only and any single operator should not do continuously 24hrs. 8) The operators perform as per the directions of our engineer at site. In case there is no operator available to operate the loader, the same period shall be considered as break down period. If repeatedly operator is not available contract shall be terminated by M/s AMNS without any notice to the contractor. Single point of contact should be available for all the equipment deployed <(>&<)> daily report to be submitted to our Engineer-In-Charge. 9) Recommended year of vehicle manufacturing aging should be less than 8 years. Contract validity period: 1st Jan 2025 to 31st Dec 2025. PF <(>&<)> ESI for loader operator is statutory <(>&<)> in vendor scope. 10) Minimum guaranteed run hours, as per below special conditions Case-1: Loader actual run hrs. up to 160 hrs. Billing hrs. equal to = (60 guaranteed run hrs. +actual run hrs) Case-2: Loader actual run hrs. above 160 hrs. Billing hrs. equal to= (actual run hrs.) 11) Diesel price variation Clause: - Base Price of diesel: Rs.96.22 per Ltr. The rates are firm for a period of one year subjected to revision only in case of variation in HSD price of 5% below <(>&<)> above the Base price. Formula: For Every 10% variation in diesel price (or part thereof), corresponding variation in unit rate is 3% (or part thereof). In other words, HSD component in unit rate is 30%. No PR No. PR Item RFQ Item Services for line Item Quantity UOM Technical Details Other Details To meet the standards, all equipment being arranged should have following systems in place as per the annexure-1 Vendor must ensure all the manpower for operating the equipment will go through training programs being arranged by AMNS mandatorily to meet AMNS standards on FPS for vehicle and driving. Once in every quarter, vendor must submit list of trainings attended by workers to AMNS area in charge. Necessary trainings on FPS for vehicle and driving shall be given to all the drivers/associates by AMNS on a pre-defined schedule. Provided systems should follow necessary FPS standards and vendor is responsible for proper functioning of the installed systems. Area In charge/Safety In charge/Engineer can any time inspect and any deviations in the same shall be viewed as failure in following safety systems in the plant and necessary actions shall be taken against the vendors. The Vehicle should adhere to all statutory norms (Load test and regular tests shall be done to ensure vehicle is in healthy condition and the following should be compulsorily in working condition: • Reverse Horn • Smart Rearview Alarm • Driver Fatigue Monitoring System • Proximity Warning System based on Rador Technology Sensor 2
