Tender For Special Repair To Flame Proof Wiring In Wsa (Ph-I) At Afs Hasimara.; 1 M & L for flame proof point wiring surface/concealed type with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) with PVC insulated unsheathed single core stranded copper conductor (ZHFR/HFFR) cable of working voltage 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-694drawn in andincluding steel surfaceconduit with all fittings & accessories such as FLP flexible conduit, FLP junction box, brass glands/connector, bends etc. with 1.60 mm thick pressed steel or mild steel sheet sunk box, including 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated unsheathed single core stranded copper conductor (ZHFR/HFFR) cable as earth continuity conductor connected to main switch/ DBs or common earth dolly for one fan/light point controlled by one 16 amps single pole FLP switch for the point wiring, complete all as specified and directed. 2 All as per item No. 1.00 here-in-before but for one 3 pin socket outlet 15 Amps, independent with 4.0 Sqmm (ZHFR/HFFR) PVC insulated unsheathed single core stranded copper conductor cables alongwith 4.0 Sqmm (ZHFR/HFFR) PVC insulated unsheathed single core stranded copper conductor cables as earth continuity conductor, complete all as specified and directed. 3 S&F FLP/WP rotary type switch with termination box in LM6, 16A, single pole 250V, direct entry, complete all as specified and directed. 4 M & L flame proof switch socket &plug combined in LM6 cabletermination box in LM6, 16A, 250V, 2 Pin + earth (3 Pin) having full proof interlocking i.e plug cant be removed in ON condition, complete all as specified and directed. 5 S&F LED light fitting 2 x 20 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum hosing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, brass gland/connector etc. complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable and flexible steel conduit of suitable size upto nearest ceiling rose, complete all as specified and directed. 6 S&F flame proof cum weather proof LED flood light fittings 120 watt having IP 66 proetection made out of cast aluminum alloy material and heat and impact resistance toughen A crear glass having anti corrosive epoxy powder coated finish complete with all accessories pre wired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conducter with sutable size, complete all as specified and directed. 7 M & L for submain wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed, multistranded flexible copper conductor 1100Volts grade, (ZHFR/HFFR) type, cables 6 Sqmm including 6 Sqmm (ZHFR/HFFR) type, PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded flexible copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire drawn in and including stove enamelled steel conduit of size 20mm bore, heavy duty and connecting to common earth terminals, complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Threeruns of cables and one run of steel conduit and its accessories shall be measured as one length. 8 S&F flameproof sheet metal enclosure 4 way TPN for double door IP 66 MCB DBs, phosphatised, powder coated, Triple Pole & Neutral (TPN) 80 Amp MCB -01 No. as incomer and 40 Amp MCB DP - 08 Nos. & MCB SP 06 Amp - 04 Nos. as outgoing connection, 415 volts, IP 43 & IK 09 with metal door fixed on wall with din rail, neutral and earth bar, in proper position, complete all as specified and directed.Note : Cost of MCBs shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. 9 S&F flame proof sheet metal enclosure 8 way SPN for double door IP 66 MCB DBs, phosphatised, powder coated, size not less than 330 x 350 x 190mm, MCB DP 63 Amp 01 No. as incomer and MCB (SP) 06 to 16 Amp - 06 Nos. as outgoing connection, 415 volts, IP 43 & IK 09 with metal door, neutral and eartnig busbar and internal wiring upto terminal with proper position, complete all as specified and directed.Note : Cost of MCBs shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. 10 M & L for flame proof junction box 4 way, 100mm diawith plain cover 3/4 ET, complete all as specified and directed. 11 M & L for heavy duty flame proof flexible metalic hose conduit of dia 20mm and 300mm long alongwith proper brass glands at both end, complete all as specified and directed. 12 Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core including taking down old unserviceable UG cable of any description, complete all as specified and directed. 13 Excavation in trenches not exe. 1.5m in width and not exe 1.5m in depth on plan for foundation, laying pipes etc including forming bottom surface to required level and getting outin soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed. 14 Returning filling in incl spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed. 15 Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed. 16 Supply and laying double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE duct pipe of 50mm (inner dia) conformingto IS, approved colour complete with fittings for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed. 17 M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 × 60cm × 6mm thick , buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not lessthan 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to existing earth leadstripby means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass or HS steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point and and necessary excavation and earth work PCC (1:2:6) type C-1 with suitable size of CI cover plate with angle iron frame and opening arrangement) incl providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm compacted thickness all aroundthe earth electrode with funnel and 20mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe (light grade) wire mesh, copper lugs, complete in all respect,including galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm, 15mm bore (medium grade) galvanized iron pipe up to earthing test point as directed, including disposal of spoil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and necessary testing on completion including taking out/dismantling of old unserviceable earthing of any description, complete all as specified and directed.Note :- Earth lead wire beyond 7.5 mtr shall be measured and paid separately. 18 Note: An amount of Rs 38,750.00 on account of Credit Schedule for schedule A part -
