Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Cricket Stadium Lights Tower Rabupura, YEA - Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of BVP485 LED Flood light luminaires 464 watt & minimum system lumens 60,000. conforming to sports standards non televised on 30m high mast with frame with 5-year extended warranty complete as required Supply of high wattage LED flood light for sports lighting application having system wattage as 465W (±5W) made of Single piece Aluminum pressure die cast (ADC12 Alloy) housing to ensure products endurability in harsh nvironment and heat dissipation in operation. The rear cover shall also be made of ADC12 Alloy. The housing shall be recyclable, non-corrosive & shall have copper content Cu<10%. The luminaire should successfully pass Standard MSP 500hrs salt spray test. The luminaire housing shall have powder coating along with Integrated Potted Driver and LED lamp cavity. Luminaire, it’s driver & SPD should be of same make as that of Luminaire for proper smooth integration of all the key electronic components. The luminaire shall have front cover made of Integrated Peanut Lens Optics Anti Dust Exposed Lens. Luminaire shall comply to IK08 rating. The luminaire shall have Pre-set gasket without glue and must have robust glands to protect luminaire against dust and water/moisture, improving product lifetime. The luminaire housing shall be IP66 rated. 2 The luminaire shall be so designed that it complies to Class B Serviceability Classification & shall have Electrical Insulation Class as Class – 1. The luminaire shall employ all the LED compartments within in one single piece housing & the product should not be an amalgamation of multiple luminaires joined together mechanically. The luminaire shall be so designed that the wind loading area shall not be more than 0.40sq.mt. The luminaire shall be so designed that the fins in housing catalyze heat dissipation and with total luminaire nominal weight of 12KGs (±2KG). The luminaire shall have slim rear cover and housing with chamfer for ease of handling the luminaire. The luminaire life shall be 50000Hrs @ L70 @ 35°C ambient. The luminaire shall deliver minimum system lumen output of min 60350lumens with minimum system efficacy of 130lm/w.The luminaire shall have LEDs with CCT 5700°K, CRI≥70, SDCM≤5. LEDs shall be SMD type & shall be from Lumileds/Osram/Cree/ Nichia & the LED luminaire manufacturer shall submit the LM80 report issued by LED manufacturer, LED must be tested for min of 13000hrs . The wattage of each LED should be greater than 1 watt and less than 3 Watt. Only high power Single white LED chip with ceramic based suitable for outdoor use is allowed. Multi Chip, array multi die, mid power, Integrated arrays and COB’s are not permitted. 3 The luminaire shall be available with minimum two beam angles Narrow beam (10°±2%), SMB (57.5°± 5%), SWB & AWB. The luminaire shall be suitable for operating temperature of -40°C to 50°C. The luminaire shall employ BIS registered LED drivers having efficiency of ≥90%, THD≤10% @ full load, pf≥0.95 & operating voltage range of 120V-270V. The driver shall have following protections 4 : a) Can Survive input Voltage Stress of 320V for 48 hours, b) Cut Off Auto Shutdown at ≥ 325V and Auto Recovery at 300 - 315V, c) Can Survive input Voltage Stress of 440V for 8 hours, d) Can Survive input Voltage Stress of 100V for 48 hours & e) inbuilt surge protection of 4KV In-built in the driver. The luminaire shall employ external SPD of 10KV housed inside a box. The luminaire driver &it’s SPD shall be of the same make/manufacturer/Lighting company as that of LED luminaires. Luminaire manufacturer must have In-house NABL accredited lab to conduct LM79, electrical & electronics tests , Type test as per IS10322, FAT before dispatch as per IS 10322 & IK Test. The successful bidder must submit the NABL accreditation certificate for Luminaire manufacturer along with technical bid. The LED Luminaire & its driver both should be BIS registered. Successful bidder shall submit the following reports along with technical bids: LM79 issued by NABL accredited lab, LM80 issued by LED manufacturer, Type Test Certificate for luminaire as issued by NABL accredited lab, IK Test report for luminaire as issued by NABL accredited lab, RoHS compliance issued by LED luminaire manufacturer, BIS certificate for LED Luminaire & Driver. Equivalent in Signify (Philips). .
