Flange must be on lengthwise sides for joining adjacent panels. 14 Panels bottom side PPGL sheet must also be pre-strengthened by full lengthwise stiffening with semi-circular beading of 12mm width & 3 to 4mm depth at 240 (+/-5) mm pitch. The top corrugated sheet must have at-least one open crown/crest for overlapping adjacent panel widthwise. Similarly the top corrugated sheet must have suitable open extension of min 6” on bottom widthwise side of panel for overlapping further panels joined lengthwise also. The insulation core shall be self-extinguishing DIN 4102,Class B3 fire retardant class rigid PUR with thermal conductivity of 0.025 W/mK and with initial density of 40kg/m3 (+/-2kg) suitable for temperature range of -30 degree C to +80 degree C. The panel must be made using glue-free high pressure hot pressing self-bonding method.
