Repairs To Drr 394 Wilson-1.01 Repair to Radiator of DRR by way of dismantling of radiator from the m/c and then carriage to workshop, dismantling the upper and lower tanks and soldering the damaged water jackets. Also P/F of rubber pad 02 nos, radiator cap 01 no, nuts and bolts 08 nos. Assembling of radiator and cleaning it with diesel and caustic soda then washing it properly and checking its leakage. Carriage of the same to site of repair and refitting the radiator with the m/c. Job also includes P/F of hose pipe set with clamps. Complete job includes the cost of parts, labour, carriage and other tools and tackles required for job with all taxes. 2.01 Repair to DRR by way of dismantling of clutch system and removing of old damaged parts and then P/F of plate driving (306-3-1) -02 No., Collar assembly (306-3-7)- 02 Nos., Sleeve sliding (306-3-9)-02Nos, Pin lock adjusting(306-3-11)-02 No., Pin link lever (306-3-13)-12 Nos., Lever (306-3-4)-06 Nos., Pin for lever ( 306-3-5)-06 Nos., link lever(306-3-6)-12 Nos., cover (306-4-3) 01 Nos. Testing of clutch system after assembling of all these parts. Complete job includes the cost of parts, labour, carriage and other tools and tackles required for job with all taxes. 3.01 Repair to electrical system and replacement of worn out wiring and p/f of 01no ignition switch, 01 no ammeter and making the connection and testing.
