Tender For The Arrangements To Be Done For The Inaugural Function Of Chirangara Rob In Thrissur District -Inauguration Of Chirangara Rob In Thrissur District -1 Construction of a Pandal of area 3000 Sqft with roof made up of GI sheets, supported on GI members, covering the ceiling with white clothes including frills provided on the peripheries, covering of sides of the Pandal with white/designer clothes etc. 2 Construction of stage/platform of area 28ft x 20 ft within the area of the Pandal with stair/ramps provided with handrail to the stage, cloth draping on ceiling and sides of the stage, designing, printing, supplying and fixing of fabric backdrop (size 20ft x 5ft) on the stage including a small shed nearby for the use of RBDCK staffs etc. 3 Supplying and laying of carpet in the Pandal and the stage/ platform including the taping of sheet joints. 4 Supplying and placing of Nilavilakku on the stage with oil, karppuram, candle, jasmine flower etc. 5 Supplying and placing flower pots/bunches on the front side of the stage. 6 Supplying and erection of podium on the stage. 7 Supplying and placing of cushion chairs on the stage for guests-Executive. 8 Supplying and placing of plastic chairs in the Pandal for the public. 9 Supplying and placing of wood teapoy on the stage. 10 Supplying and placing of steel table on the media lounge. 11 Designing, printing, supplying and placing of fabric advertisement board of size 6ft x 4ft at the premises of inauguration venue as per the direction of RBDCK. 12 Supplying and fixing of arches affixed with the details of inauguration at the entrance of inauguration venue. 13 Supplying and connecting of 65KVA diesel generator including fuel for its operation with necessary electrical wiring and MCB for providing electricity to electrical and electronics devices/fixtures in the stage and Pandal.14 Supplying and fixing mic (1 fixed, 2 cordless), loudspeakers, and other necessary sound accessories (10000W) in Pandal and stage, light kit on stage 15 Supplying flowers bouquets for chief guests. 16 Supplying ordinary flowers bouquets for other guests. 17 Supplying of mineral water (200ml). 18 Supplying tea for guest 19 Photography of function (20 photos) including one drone video of the project and video coverage Including live telecasting on official social media pages as directed by RBDCK staff. 20 Supplying of cooler. 21 Supplying of pedestal fan. 22 Illumination on flyover, including all accessories, electric connection, main board, generator, etc. for 2 days 23 Comparing 24 LED Wall of 12 ft x 10ft with live telecasting of inauguration program -Optional Items -1 Conducting Pancharimelam/Chendamelam with mimimum 8 artists for 1hours as directed by RBDCK staff 2 Supplying and fixing ‘muthukuda umbrella’ over the flyover at 10m interval 3 Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings, tress, and disposal of unserviceable materials outside the premises and shifting the heap of GSB to suitable location using JCB
