Loc:- Lying At Behind Lhb Bogie Repair Shop In Cr Lifting Shop Jagadhri Workshop. Remarks:- (I)The Purchaser Should Be Permitted To Come With His Own Cutting Equipment & Trained Staff Of The Date Of Loading. (Ii) Loading Should Be Done By The Purchaser Itself, Not Railway Workmen And Equipment Will Be Involved In It. (Iii) Private Road Crane Allowed For Material Spreading And Loading Purpose. (Iv) Material Is Sold ?As Is Where Is Basis? (V). Purchaser Will Borrow The Damage To Railway Property If Any Occurred During Loading Of Said Lot And He Will Aslo Be Fully Responsible For Any Mis-Happening To His Equipment And Staff While Loading. Railway Will Not Take Any Responsibility For Any Such Case. (Vi). Delevery Will Be Made As Per Actual Weight At Weigh Bridge Inside Store Depot Judw.
