Bids Are Invited For 1 Transportation of Secondary Structure, DG Set, Compressor, Other Tools & Tackles, Trolley Refuge, Handrails, Ladder, Other Construction Materials and other Stores Materials from Allahabad Site to Hasdeo River Project Dist- Korba, Chattisgarh-495677. 1.01 By Truck (Min tonnage not applicable) 250 MT 1.02 By Trailer (Min tonnage not applicable) 50 MT 2 Transportation of DG Set, Compressor, Other Tools & Tackles, Trolley Refuge, Handrails, Ladder, Other Construction Materials, Ghutakhas, Wooden Sleepers and other Stores Materials from Allahabad Site to Hasdeo River Project Dist- Korba, Chattisgarh-495677. 2.01 By Truck (20MT Capacity) 02 Trips 3 Transportation 01 No Hydra (12/14 MT Capacity), from Allahabad Site to Hasdeo River Project Dist- Korba, Chattisgarh-495677. 3.01 Suitable Transport (For 12/14 MT Hydra) Lumpsum Basis 01 Trip 4 Transportation of 01 No D.G Set, 02 no Compressor, Wooden Ghutkhas, Wooden Sleepers, Store Materials, tools & tackles from Hasdeo Bridge Site Hasdeo River Project Dist- Korba Chattisgarh-495677 to Heavy Plant Yard, Kolkata. 4.01 By Truck (20MT Capacity) 03 Trips 5 Transportation of 01 No 12 MT/14MT capacity Hydra from Hasdeo Bridge Site Hasdeo River Project Dist- Korba, Chattisgarh-495677 to Heavy Plant Yard, Kolkata. 5.01 Suitable Transport (For 12/14 MT Hydra) Lumpsum Basis 01 Trip 6 NOTE: 6.01 Qty. variation +/- 25% 6.02 Rate should be quoted per MT/Trip/Lumpsum Basis 6.03 Payment will be made by per Trip Basis only for Truck (20 MT Capacity), truck/trailer (min tonnage not applicable) for MT Basis and Suitable Transport for Hydra Lumpsum basis. 6.04 Payment towards excess loading beyond 20 MT for truck shall be treated on Pro-rata basis (only Sl. No. 2.01 & 4.01). 6.05 If any penalty is levied by Government Department for over dimension the same should be reimbursed on submission of actual Govt. penalty receipt (Except Sl. No. 3.01 & 5.01). 6.06 Any deviation of the above quotation will be treated as cancelled. 6.07 Loading and unloading will be done by our Site. 6.08 Any incidental charges during transportation on road to be borne by the party. Detention charges will not be paid for delay of loading and unloading. 6.09 Appropriate vehicle for lifting materials to be placed as soon as intimated by BBJ. 6.1 Each vehicle should be provided with appropriate communication system for monitoring movement. 6.11 Payment terms – 45 days from delivery of the materials with proper document. 6.12 Immediate commencement with 48 hrs notice for deploying vehicle. 6.13 Rate should be quoted per MT/Trip Basis except suitable Transport. The rate should be inclusive of all but exclusive of GST. 6.14 The invoice raised by the transporter for the transport carried out in a particular month should reach BBJ-Head Office within 5th of the next month e.g. invoice for transport in Dec-24 must reach BBJ-Head Office, Kolkata by 5th Jan-25 Total Quantity :
