Hand gloves 3. Accommodation in vendor scope AMNS SCOPE: Transportation can be provided in company bus based on availability. SCOPE OF JOB CONTRACT: 1. Identification of the equipment’s and vibration measurement at locations as per criticality and schedules mutually agreed upon. 2. To identify measuring location in each machine. 3. The vibration measurements to be made in three directions of ‘horizontal’ ‘vertical’ and ‘axial’ at each measuring point. During vibrating measuring temperature also need to be recorded 4. The ‘trend history’ to be maintained for each measuring point and for each individual measuring technique. 5. Based on the vibration spectrum ‘criteria’ level of vibration for established for each measuring location. 6. The vibration spectrum to be analysed and interpreted to identify source of unwanted vibration like unbalance, misalignment etc. 7. Suitable action plan/recommendations will be given for carrying out corrective action and reduce the vibration levels to desired limits. 8. A daily, weekly, and monthly report need to be provided to for the equipment condition, analysis, and recommendations. 9. In case of non-working of vibration analyser/software or any other instrument, the same to be repaired/replaced immediately. And non-working period bill will be deducted. 10. All equipment’s should be maintained duly calibrated. The calibration of the equipment’s will be done once every year. 11. Total two (02) numbers of engineers should be deputed at site to do the services as per scope of work. If anyone goes to the leave more than 2 days, then reliving engineer should be deputed. 12.
