Supplying and laying new power cable for NBSNL BTS site atDevergudda (Near Temple),Tal- Ranibennur, Dist. Haveri.; 1 Supplying and laying/fixing of PVC insulated & PVC sheathed LT 5 core 1.1KV grade Ariel bunched cable with XLPE insulation of size 16 Sqmm, confirming to IS 14255:1995 suitable for arieal service connection in following manner (Cable shall consist of 4 cores x 16 sq mm, 1 x 25 sq mm as insulated messanger cum neutral)a) Laying/Stringing/erecting as applicable on GI messenger wire with suitable insulators ,bobbins , 14 SWG GI wire etc& as per HESCOM requirements 2 b) In the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/PVCpipe 3 c) Loop / loose wires for connections on pole/in panel 4 S/F accessories for LT 5 core 1.1KV grade Ariel bunched cable of size 16 Sq mm i/c making connections , testing etc complete as required. a)Straight through joint 5 b)Suspension clamp suitable for insulated messanger cable of 25 sq mm 6 c)Surge arrestor 7 d)Piercing connector for service connection 8 e)Universal Hook and nut & Bolt 9 f)Dead end clamp/Anchor clamp assembly 10 g)Pre-insulated lugs - 16 sq mm 11 h)Pre-insulated lugs - 25 sq mm 12 i)End cap 13 j)Nylon ties 14 k)Pole clamp 15 m)Eye Hook for Fixing clamp 16 Supplying andfixing of 4 Nos ,63 Amps nos kit-kat fuses with 15 amps fuse wire links including S/F 60 cm x 60 cm size and 6 mm thick bakelite sheet in suitable size MS box complete with fixing the same on KEB RCC cement pole etc.complete as required. 17 Supplying and laying 50 mm dia , A Class GI pipe at depth not less than 1.0 mtr. etc complete as required. 18 Providing and fixing/ Laying 8 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing / supporting along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required ( Note- 2 Nos GI wires to be provided alongwith the power cable) 19 Removing of existing 3.5 core x 35 sqmm cable from the Transformer cut point on ground floor to BTS hut on the terreace of temple (Appx. Qty of cable to be removed is 60 Mtrs.) and submitting it into BSNL Electrcial Sub division office at O/o GMT Hubli etc complete as required.
