    Tender For Overhauling Of Air Preheater And Duct Of Unit 2 Btps- 1 Overhauling of APH & Duct 2 Cleaning of Air preheater chokage tubes,deck plate of hot & cold section, ferrule replacement (5600Nos),& tube plugging and support of initial & final air leakagetest. 3 Ash cleaning from Duct Flue gas path,APH Hopper. 4 Insulation of ID fan suction duct(ESPoutlet to ID Fan) & ID fan Discharge duct(ID fan outlet tochimney) & APH to ESP duct of unit #2 and Air Preheaterhopper & casing 5 Repairing of air/flue gas duct i.e. ID Fan suction duct(ESP outlet to ID Fan) & ID fan Dischargeduct(ID fan outlet to chimney) & APH to ESP duct of unit #2and Air Preheater hopper & casing 6 Run welding for patch work /repairing ofof MS plate of duct as per scope of work where no new plate isrequired. 7 Replacement of three leaf leaf expansionbellow (APH top & bottom bank) 8 Replacement of 07/08 leaf expansionbellow of APH duct 9 Replacement of Single/two leaf expansionbellow
