Tender For Tdac Jobs In Navy Vessel (Rm.0807); 1 TDAC (Russian) - SERVICE COST 2 Undertake the following: -1. 10. 1 Check the rotor run out in the thrust bearing. 3 1. 10. 2 Open all units of governing and protection units and remove the sludge. Undertake overhauling/ tuning of all hydraulic and electric control components (local/ remote). Undertake trials as per OEM manual, carryout tuning. Rerpair and renew as necessary. 4 1. 10. 3 Check operation of QCV (Quick Closing Valve). Overhaul the assembly, carryout checks as per OEM manual. Repair/ renew parts/ sub-assemblies as required. 5 1. 10. 4 Check operation of GSR (Gland Steam Regulator). Overhaul the assembly, carryout checks as per OEM manual. Repair/ renew parts/ sub-assemblies as required. 6 1. 10. 5 Carryout inspection of steam chest nozzle control valve and nozzles for clogging/ clear from obstruction. Overhaul/ repair and renew as per OEM manual, as necessary. 7 1. 10. 6 Undertake chemical/ mechanical cleaning of condenser, lub oil cooler and air ejector. Carryout inspection/ thickness gauging of body. Undertake renewal of doors/ end covers. Repalce zinc anodes. 8 1. 10. 7 Overhaul complete assembly of feed controller and undertake tuning, as per OEM manual.Repair/ renew as necessary. 9 TDAC - SERVICE COST 10 Undertake 5000 hourly routines on turbine. Repair/ renew spares and sub-assemblies as necessary. 1.11.1 Check the conditions of the protectors of the condenser, oil cooler and ejector. replace protectors in case the wear of their working section is 50%. (total 4 plants). 11 1.11.2 Open and clean the oil filters. 12 1.11.3. Dismantle and inspect the differential pressure governor of the starting oil pump. in case of great amount of sludge in the governor, open the cut-off pilot. if necessary, open and clean sludge from all components of the governor unit and those of the protector unit. 13 1.11.4. Check the rotor wear down in the thrust bearing. 14 1.11.5. When the service life (10000 to 12000 hours) is over, replace the following components:-1.11.5.1Pressure relay, type д21k1, Qty - 24 each 1.11.5.2. Electric motors, type aдh-100 and дm160mb4 , Qty -041.11.5.3 Electric magnet, type эm33-71311 , Qty - 12 each 1.11.5.4. Voltmeter, type m1618t, Qty -10 each1.11.5.5. Micro switch, type д-311 , Qty - 12 each 15 1.11.6 Carry out calibration of feed regulator and complete flushing through of the system. 16 1.11.8. Carryout mechanical cleaning of water path in compressor oil cooler and MAK30C compressor condenser. 17 1.11.9. Application of Belzona 1392 coating on tube sheet of all TDAC condenser. 18 TDAC - SERVICE COST 19 Undertake 3000 hourly/ Annual routines on turbine. Repair/ renew spares and sub-assemblies as necessary. 1.11.10. Carry out rotor wear down in the thrust bearing on 04 TDAC plants 20 1.11.12. Carry out maintenance works on compressor oil pumps in accordance with service and maintenance manual in case of abnormality during last operation. 21 1.11.13. Carry out inspection of compressor gland sealing in accordance with description 1.521.001 to. [measure the protrusion of the metal bushes and compare with the last reading. in case reducing by 2 mm, proceed further for inspection of graphite ring thickness. check seal (graphite ring) thickness, if less than 8 mm then replace it]. 22 1.11.14. Carry out checking and calibration tests of the safety valves. 23 1.11.15. Carry out maintenance works on compressor oil pumps in accordance with service and maintenance manual. 24 1.11.16. Carry out maintenance routine on electric starter, bypass valve electric drive and electric drive on evaporator gate valve in accordance with its service and maintenance documents. 25 1.11.17. Disassemble the compressor in accordance with description 1.521.001to. routine incase of running hours close to 10000 on all 04 TDAC plants. 26 1.11.18. Replace the thrust pads, thrust bearing shell, radial bearing shell in the compressor. 27 1.11.19. carry out calibration checks on all pressure and vacuum gauges, safety valve on MAK 30C unit. 28 1.11.20. Carryout in-situ cleaning of condenser adn evaporator. 29 Heat Exchangers / Coolers- SERVICE COSTInsitu Mechanical cleaning of HEs/ Coolers (Lub oil coolers/ Condenser/ Fresh water coolers/Chillers)Job involves:- 1.40.1 Degutting and regutting of system pipes and associated system pipes.1.40.2 Chemical cleaning of coolers1.40.3 Pressure testing of HEs.1.40.4 Repairs to leaking tubes1.40.5 Replacement of drain plug/cock where fitted (as per sample Mat-SS High Tensile) 1.40.6 Replacement of instrumentation adaptor/cocks where fitted (as per sample Mat-High Tensile SS) 1.40.7 Renewal of Fastners: Mat : Al Bronze1.40.8 Renewal of gaskets Mat : Rubber Nitrile S/W resistant 30 1.40.10 TDAC chiller; Shell and Tube type, Size- 7m X 1.5 m X 1.5 m 31 1.40.12 TDAC plant turbine condensorinsitu cleaning . Job involves :-1.45.1 Removal of pumps and degutting of associated system.1.45.2 Overhauling of Pump, priming unit and motor (for monoblock pump), replacement of worn out components as per opening up inspection. Pressure testing of casing and metal build up if required1.45.3 Renewal of Mechanical seal1.45.4 Pressure/ leak test of pump post boxing up. Painting of pump body and foundation with anti corrosive paint primer and top coat.1.45.5 Fitment of Pump, reftitting associated systems. Renewal of all fasteners (Mat-Al Bronze) and gaskets to be undertaken.1.46.6 Decoupling and couping with motor/engine and final alignment.1.46.7 Inspection, renewal of damaged pump stool / foundation.1.46.8 Inspection, renewal of damaged shock mounts (mounts supplied by yard/Navy).1.46.9 Carry out performance trial of the pump including parameter checks (suction/ discharge pressure), vibration trials, insulation / SPM checks on motor, motor starting running current checks etc assess for satisfactory performance and defects if any to be rectified. 34 1.45.6.Condensate pump, HUB-25/40, Centrifugal , monoblock 35 1.45.7.TDAC plant sea water pump, HUB-630/15, Centrifugal , monoblcok 36 1.45.8 TDAC chilled water pump, HUB-630/30, Centrifugal , monoblock 37 1.45.12.
