Tender For Fcbt Jobs In Navy Vessel (Rm.0807); 1 TD Auxiliaries- FCBT (Feed Condensate and Booster Pump) - SERVICE COST 2 1.3.1.Undertake complete overhaul of FCBT pump assembly (04) and inspection (04) alongwith controls and instrumentation of all pumps (08). Carryout tuning and trials of all control components, repair/ renew as necessary. 3 1.3.2. Replace the bushes of shafts under the seals of feed and condensate booster pump (04). 4 1.3.3. Replace the bottom bearings on water lubrication of feed and booster condensate pumps. 5 1.3.4. Check and replace if required, the rubber rings, seal, and springs of servomotors, bellows of drop regulator, signalling devices, drop meter and manipulators. 6 1.3.5. Check condition of unloading device by taking the axial clearance of feed pump rotor. 7 1.3.6. Check the circuits of switching on of reserve FCBT as per Para 6.2.8 of operating manual. 8 1.3.7. Check circuit of protection and alarm system prossure drop as per para 6.2.6 and 6.2.7 of operating manual. 9 1.3.8. Check axial float of the turbine. 10 1.3.9. Following routines of FCBT to be carried out 1.3.9.1. Check setting of protection system .qty - 8 1.3.9.2. Check seals of servomotor for leaks. qty - 32 11 1.3.10. Renew packing of seals of feed and condensate - booster pump. qty 02 glands each for 08 pumps. 12 1.3.12. Overhauling of lub oil flow orifices, fliter body and filter element. 13 1.3.13. Inspection of mounts and foundation of gearbox and pump casing. 14 Hot Lagging & Cladding - SERVICE COST 15 1. 42. 5 Cladding over Steam auxilaiary machineries1.42.5.3 FCBT 16 Boilers and TD Auxiliaries - SERVICE COST 17 Renewal /Repair of Outer Insulation materials and Cement lagging TD Auxilliaries (FCBTs) 18 TD Auxiliaries- FCBT (Feed Condensate and Booster Pump) - MATERIAL COST 19 1.3.1.Undertake complete overhaul of FCBT pump assembly (04) and inspection (04) alongwith controls and instrumentation of all pumps (08).
