    Bids Are Invited For Supply, Installation, Commissioning & Prove Out Of Mobile Type Drum Tilter As Per Specification.Lifting Capacity: 300 Kg or more Lifting Height: 1400mm or more Type: Mobile Type GOLDEN ii Hydraullic unit should be equpped with return valve & foot pedal to control drum carriage lowering rate GOLDEN iii Tilter should rotate the drum 360 degree with the help of hand wheel unit GOLDEN iv Hydraullic unit should be leak proof GOLDEN v The ram & plunger should be ground & hard chrome plated to avoid friction & rusting GOLDEN vi Drum Tilter should be mobile on 4 wheels, two of which will be steering type & all wheels should be provided with double ball bearing with dust cover. GOLDEN vii Total 10 sets of seal kit should be supplied as spare at the time of supply by the vendor . GOLDEN viii Catalog of the offered model should be submitted alongwith tender document. GOLDEN ix It should have suitable arrangement for lifting, lowering and rotation of barrel with smooth control. GOLDEN x Suitable braking system should be provided to avoid moving of barrel lifter at the time of rotation of barrel Vendor has to make his arrangement for installation , Commissioning & prove out of the Supplied Drum Tilter at HAL site. GOLDEN 2 Acceptance shall be done by our representative after successful commissioning & proveoutof the unit at HAL site as per specification. GOLDEN 3 Optional accessories and spares (if required) should be quoted separately with item wise price. GOLDEN 4 Three Sets of operation & maintenance manual to be supplied along with supply of Drum Tilter to HA HSN CODE & GST % FOR THE OFFERED ITEM Total Quantity : 10
