Tender For Ibrahimpur Crusher To Virvalpur Road.; 1 Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (Including labour cess but excluding GST.) 2 W.B.M. G-3 (22.4-53 mm stone ballast) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (Including labour cess, Royalty but excluding GST.) 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC Cement and 3.50% Emulsion SS-2 in uniform single layer on sub- base/sub-grade and compacting with Road roller to achieve the desired density (Including labour cess, Royalty but excluding GST.). 4 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 gradeusing bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. (Including labour cess but excluding GST.) 5 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 Grade Bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base by mechanical means, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coatas per Technical Specification Clause 508 (By Mechanical Means, Including labour cess but excluding GST). 6 Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (By Mechanical Means, Including labour cess but excluding GST). 7 Brick edging on both sides of the road of first class (M-150) brick on edge laid with mud mortar incluidng labour and supply of bricks finished to be required templete and in proper alignmnet and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer in Charge. As per S.I. No. 765. (Including labour cess but excluding GST.) 8 Maintenance of road for next five year after completion contractor shall be paid total maintenance cost 7.50% (Ist Year-0%, IInd Year-0.75%, IIIrd Year-1.50%, IVth Year-2.25% & Vth Year-3.00%) of Civil cost for five year in the form of instalment. The payment shall be inclusive of cess but excluding GST payment shall be done as per sastisfaction of engineer in charge regarding maintenance work carried out by contractor. (Including cess and Excluding GST)
