Tender For 205/210Excavator 6 Mon Tailing Mngt Cy25 -2 Nos 1 2000160458 10 10 10 DEPLOYMENT OF EXCAVATOR INCL.OIL,FUEL, 1,248 H Email : Badrinath.Katta@amns.in Contact : 9425267934 Name : Badrinath, Katta - AM/NS India - Mechani Item Details : Scope: Scope of work includes providing Two 205/210 Excavators for Stacking / Leveling / Benching / Making Approach Paths, Tails handling at Tailing Storage yard, Kadampal Tailing Dam, Mini Tailing Ponds, and Plant Premises as per the operations requirement at Beneficiation Plant, Kirandul. Location: AMNS- Beneficiation Plant, Tailing Storage yard. 1. Requirement of machines at site from Dec’24 to May’25. 2. Contractor must deploy Machine at above prescribed locations for various activities in line with site requirement. 3. Working Hours 8 Per Day, for 26 Days in a Month and for Six Months Tennure. If any gap is mandatory, AMNS will give a prior intimation of 3-4 days to the contractor. Again, machine has to be deployed as per the AMNS requirement. AMNS will try to use the machine on continuous basis however No minimum guarantee is committed. 4. Diesel / HSD is under contractor’s scope only. Lubricants and other consumables are to be arranged by contractor. 5. Recommended Year of Manufacturing for Excavator is not older than 6 years (Year 2018 and above is preferred) and equipments must be in good operating <(>&<)> Safe condition, registration certificate of the same to be submitted. 6. Contractor must comply FPS guidelines of AMNS to enhance Safety during equipment operation. 7. Drivers and Operators must have applicable HMV (Heavy Motor Vehicle) Valid License as per statutory guidelines of Chattisgarh State. 8. All Safety Features of Vehicles must be available and in working condition. Vehicles must have Seat Belt, Reverse horn, Fire Exti nguisher, Medical kit, Seat belt alarm buzzer and Drivers PPE 9. In case of machine Breakdown, alternate equivalent machine to be deployed by the contractor. If not, standard Break down clause is applicable as mentioned below. 10. Insurance of Machine/ Operator and Working Team is under Contractors Scope only. PF/ESI Insurance details to be submitted for all working crew to AMNS. Diesel Component: - HSD Component is approximately 35% of Initial Finalized price <(>&<)> HSD Component subjected to vary as per trailing diesel escalation/de-escalation clause. Diesel price escalation / decrease Clause: - Base Price of diesel: Rs. 98 per LTR (23.10.24. HSD Component rates are firm for a period of one year subjected to revision only in case of increase / decrease in HSD price of 5% over <(>&<)> above the Base price. Contractor must submit request letter along with necessary backup of changes in diesel prices as per below formulas for contract unit rates revision. Formula: For Every 10% increase in diesel price (or part thereof), corresponding increase in unit rate is 3.5% (or part thereof). In other words, HSD component in unit rate is 35%. Formula: For Every 10% decrease in diesel price (or part thereof), corresponding decrease in unit rate is 3.5% (or part thereof). In other words, HSD component in unit rate is 35%. Break down /Period of Non-operation of the equipment: 1. The un-planned stoppage of the equipment, due to any reason (men/machinery), during work is considered as breakdown. If the equipment is under breakdown for any reason, the contractor must provide an alternative machine. The rate for the alternative machine depends on its capacity which has to be discussed before placing the machine. a. The break down hours/days will be recorded in shift logbook and to be submitted in daily report sheet along with the bill. b) The number of occurrences of break down during the billing period is also to be recorded. c) Up to 24 breakdown hours – no deduction. d) From 25 - 48 breakdown hours –deduction will be 5% of the bill amount of that month. e) From 49 -96 breakdown hours -- deduction will be 7.5% of the bill amount of that month. f) Above 96 break down hours in a month, deduction will be 10% of the bill amount of that month f) Equipment idle for want of Diesel / operator will also be considered as break down. Terms and conditions: 1. Details of Equipment Make, Model and YoM owned by the Contractor to be furnished for reference. Equipment utilized shall carry valid licenses/equipment fitness certificate/insurance documents and shall strictly operate as per the state/central govt. guidelines and transportation rules/acts. 2. The operators should have valid License as per Chhattisgarh State R.T.O. The Vehicle must operate as per R.T.O norms. The equipment should be fit with proper braking, lighting, horn system etc. from SAFETY point of view. 3. Log sheet to be prepared on daily basis. Details of work, location to be mentioned. Record of diesel consumption/filling to be submitted by contractor duly certified by Area-In-Charge. The hour meter/odometer reading of the equipment shall be mentioned in the log sheet. 4. The operators should be equipped with all PPE for operating hours of machine. All safety measures must be taken care by the contractor. SAFETY Induction Training shall be given one day by AMNS Safety Team prior to start up the job. 5. Driving/operating the vehicle/equipment under influence of Alcohol/Drugs is not allowed. The contractor should ensure this and sh all bare all the cost of damages to men and property at his own cost in such events. Driver/ Operator should be mentally and physically fit to operate the vehicle/equipment. 6. All activities must be as per the requirement/guidance of AMNS officer. The party will observe highest order of discipline while execution of this order. 7. As per EMS policy of M/s AMNS, pollution check certificates to be obtained from PCB and to be submitted by the contractor as and when required as per the PCB norms. 8. Speed limit is 20 KMPH should be maintained for equipment. 9. The contract is liable for termination with prior notice period, if a) The Performance of the job is not satisfactory. b) Prolonged breakdown for more than four days and alternative is not arranged by the contractor. c) In case of repetitiveness of prolonged break down AMNS reserves the right to terminate the contract on above grounds.
