| 16 | Providing and fixing colour coated corrugated galvalume profile sheets of TATA/JSW or equivalant make (Profile, Colour and shape as approved by the Engineer-incharge) of 0.60mm(TCT) total coated thickness (tolerance as per relevant IS code) with material yield strength 550 MPa, galvalume AZ-150 (zinc aluminium alloy coating nominal composition : 55% aluminium, 43.5% zinc & 1.5% silicon mass total of both sides) with regular modified polyester paint and coating of 20- 25 micron RMP on exposed surface including primer and 7-10 micron epoxy coating on unexposed surface including primer. The sheet should be supplied in single length. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws with EPDM seal and washers of make- Coroshield/ durotuff / polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers( as per engineer in charge) including cutting to size and shape wherever required, finishing the surrounding for filling the gap between wall and sheet by providing & applying Cement mortar 1:4 (1: Cement : 4 Sand),etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC. |
