Construction/Improvement of Lanes by pdg RMC From Sajid Wali Gali to Kalka Das Marg and upto Balaji Niwas in Mehrauli Ward No. 155/SZ.-Construction Improvement of lanes by providing RMC from Sajid Wali Gali to Kalka Das Marg and up to Balaji Niwas in Mehrauli Ward No 155 SZ, DSR DAR CIVIL-2018 and approved items; 1 civil 2 15.2.1:Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in-Charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) 3 110.18:Providing and laying compacted bed of dry brick aggregate of 40/50 mm thick nominal size in required thickness including spreading, well ramming, consolidating and grouting with Jamuna sand including finishing smooth etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (compacted thickness to be measure for the purpose of payment) 4 1.1.1_08:Disposal of materials by mechanical transportincluding loading ,unloading and stacking lime ,moorum, buildingrubbish for lead 8 km 5 110.32.a:Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M-20 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator, vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. (The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately).(Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 303 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately). Deduct for using of M-20 grade concrete instead of M-25 grade concrete in C.C. pavement. 6 110.10:Providing and fiving name board made of MS Sheet 90x60cm, 1mm thick with frame of MS angle 50x50x6mm, two diagonal braces at the back of the sheet of MS flat 40x6mm, total height of the board above ground level 2.40m, length of legs below ground 0.30m embedded in CC block 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) 30x30x45cm including excavation and removal of surplus earth with in 50m lead, applying priming coat of approved steel primer, painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and lettering with enamel paint of approved colour (one side) as per drawing/direction of Engineer-in-Charge 7 5.9.16.1:Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and wallsUnder 20 cm wide 8 16.46.1:Providing and laying in position bitumen hot sealing compound for expansion joints etc. Using grade A sealing compound. 9 19.19.4.1:Providing and fixing in position Pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality.EHD - 35Circular shape 560 mm internal dia 10 19.26.4:Raising manhole cover and frame slab to required level including dismantling existing slab and making good the damage as required (Raising depth of manhole to be paid separately :Circular manhole 140 cm dia with circular cover 600 mm dia of grade EHD - 35
