Erection of MS PIPE LINE with Semi-circular MS clamp, MS bend, MS surge pipe & Adjustment piece/nipple of diameter 750 mm at suction and delivery side as well asinside Pump house (Internal Piping) and proper alignment with existing protruding piece/motor/pump, delivery/suction side by using MS nut bolt with washer and suitable rubber packing of best quality for pipe line including perfect linking and welding of joints to correct position conforming to IS 5822:1994 including cost and conveyance of all consumable materials with all lead and lift, cost of all labour and necessary T&P. Bending, cutting, drilling and welding using ERW (Electric Resistance Welded)/ SAW (Submerged Arc Welded) on MS pipe conforming to IS 3589-2001 with latest amendments should be done as per requirement during erection work at site. and giving satisfactory hydraulic test as per IS 3589-2001 with latest amendments for test pressure and working pressure at site as per detailed specifications at Saryu Pump Canal Stage-III Nanpara, Bahraich under Modernisaiton Project of Electrical & Mechanical work of Saryu Pump Canal Stage-II & III Nanpara, Bahraich.
