Tender For Tbu Jobs In Navy Vessel (Rm.0807); 1 TD Auxiliaries - TBU (Turbo Blower Unit) - SERVICE COST 2 1.3.15. The regular maintenance of TBU shall be made in 5 years of operation. The maintenance shall be made with removal of upper halves of steam turbine, gas turbine, compressor and inspection of flow part. The content and the sequence of inspection are set out in operational manual. 3 1.3.16. Remove air bypass flap from the line. clear the innner part of housing and valve housing. 4 1.3.17. Open TBU flap spindleshaft bearings and intermediate shaft bearings, valves, wash them down and fill with lubrication grease lithol-24 gost 21150-87. Inspection of mounts and foundation of gearbox and pump casing. 10 Hot Lagging & Cladding - SERVICE COST 11 1. 42. 5 Cladding over Steam auxiliary machineries1.42.5.3 TBU 12 TBU AIR INTAKE AND EXHAUST SYSTEM - SRVICE COST 13 Carry out visual inspection of the damping branch pipes and their cleaning. replace the branch pipes, in case of deterioration of the rubber surfaces. qty - 08 units ,job includes removal /repair /renewal /degutting if required/fitment 14 Boilers and TD Auxiliaries - SERVICE COST 15 Renewal /Repair of Outer Insulation materials and Cement lagging TD Auxilliaries (TBUs) 16 TD Auxiliaries - TBU (Turbo Blower Unit) - MATERIAL COST 17 1.3.15.
