Bids Are Invited For YEARLY ROUTINE MAINTENANCE-2024 WORK BOAT (WB-504)-(a) HA-1001 Hoist and place the work boat on cradle for undertaking yearly underwater routine and make sure that bearing surfaces are adequately cushioned. On completion of Yearly Maintenance Routine, Work Boat to be undocked and placed safely at sea. Yard to cater for spreader and Crane for hoisting of boat for docking/ undocking the boat. (16 Ton at full load, yard to cater for 80/100 Ton crane for hoisting). (b) HA-1002 Clean the marine growth with wooden scraper and wash the underwater area with fresh water, rub with grade 220 emery papers and smoothen the surfaces soon after hoisting of boat. It includes cleaning of marine growth of Shaft, Propeller and Rudder. (c) HA-1003 Clean entire hull structure with mild detergent in fresh water for inspection of cracks and peeling gel coats. Repair if necessary. (d) HA-1004 Antifouling paint for UW hull to be applied as per paint scheme (CGBR 382). Approximate underwater area- 60 Sq mtrs. (Paint scheme – M/s AKZO NOBEL) (e) HA-1005 Touchup paint to be applied in entire hull structure except UW area as per paint scheme (CGBR 382). Approximate Areas- 60 sq mtrs (Paint scheme – M/s AKZO NOBEL) (f) HA-1006 Clean all sea suction scoops and inspect for cracks. No. of suctions- 06 size of suctions: (a) 04 nos. 50 NB (b) 01 no. 25 NB 01 no. 30 NB (g) HA-1007 Measure and record the clearance of Stern & “P” Bracket bushes, Rudder and rudder jumping collar in presence of IRS surveyor. Surveyor visit will be arranged by ICG. (h) HA-1008 Overhaul and pressure testing of the underwater valves and cocks. On completion of pressure testing and overhauling, valves and cocks to be painted as per paint scheme. Paint yard supply. On completion of bilge cleaning through inspection of structure to main engine foundation (supports) for distortion, cracks and de-lamination. Approximate Area to be painted: (a) Engine room- 8m x 3.5m (b) AC compartment- 3m x 3.5m (c) Steering compartment- 3.5m x 2.1m (Paint scheme – M/s AKZO NOBEL) -2- (k) HA-1010 Check the tightness of foundation bolts of all auxiliary machineries. (l) HB-1011 CG emblems to be painted on port & Stbd ship side of craft as per CG standard. (m) HB-1012 02 nos aluminum chequered plate to be provisioned in engine room above DA and ME fuel pipe line for easy movement of boat crew and safety of pipeline. Mat- Alunimium. (n) EA-3001 Fire fighting system (Make: 3M, Model: NOVEC 1230, Qty: 01 No). Yearly routine of fire fighting system to be carried out with COA approved firm. Check manual operation. Calibrate all pressure devices. Blow out distribution piping. (p) EA-3002 Fuel oil tank. Empty the tank and ventilate for 24 hours. Clean inspect and paint the tank as per applicable paint scheme (CGBR 382). Renew the Manhole cover gasket. (q) EB-3003 Fresh waster system (Make: CEM, Model: J-mini, Qty: 01 No) Fresh water tank to be cleaned and repainted as per paint scheme (CGBR 382). (Length: 01 Metre, Width: 0.5 Metre, Height: 0.4 Metre) Job include provisioning of space for cleaning and painting of the water tank. (r) LA-5001 Speed log (Make: Japan Radio Co Ltd, Model: JLR 7600, Qty: 01 No). During the dry dock, check for mechanical damage/ deterioration. Overhaul the complete system and full performance check is to be carried out post overhauling Total Quantity : 16
