Tender For DRAWING 11KV ABC AT CHOORAL SWAMI MADAM- 1 Erecting one 100kVA Transformer to existing DP and giving connections, incl. loading & unloading, excluding transportation. 2 Transporting Transformers by hired vehicle upto 5km and upto 2 No. of 63 to 250kVA Transformers / RMUs excluding loading & unloading. 3 Fitting and erecting one HT DP using A type pole in position incl. fitting 2 channel cross arms, digging & back filling pit, drawing earth leads. 4 Fitting5channelcrossarms,ABswitch,DOfuse,LA,HT< connections on existing DP, 3 LT fuses. 5 Fitting one Additional V cross arm in existing single pole incl. conveyance of materials. 6 Drilling hole of various sizes on existing Channel/Cross Arm. 7 Loading HT A type pole from the stacking place and unloading the same at work site (transport by vehicle). 8 Providing one Earth using earth pipe incl. digging & backfilling pit and supply of charcoal, salt, sand etc. 9 AdditionalrateforexcavationofonePitforCoilEarthinginHard Laterite. 10 Additional rate for excavation of one Pit for HT Pole/HT Stay in Rock. 11 Additional rate for excavation of Pit for A type pole in Soft Rock. 12 Fitting one No. Section fuse on LT line with dropping cables, crimping sockets, connecting with bolt&nut etc. 13 Additional rate for refitting/redoing one Shackle set and reshackling one span while renewing any type of pole. 14 Fitting and providing one HT Stay for 11kV pole incl. digging & back filling pit. 15 ProvidingTransformerfencing,using50x50x6mmAngleiron,40x6 mm MS flat and 8 mm MS rod as specified, incl cost of transportation & foundation 16 Providingyardmetallingwith6mm&40mmthickbluemetalas specified after constructing a curb wall. 17 Providingconcretemuffing(0.45x0.45x1.5m)inclusiveofcostofall material (as per specification). 18 InstallingoneDTRMeterwithboxonexistingpolesandgivingthe complete connections incl. conveyance of materials. 19 Additional rate for excavation of one Earth Pit (2.5m depth) in Soft Rock. 20 Erection of suspension clamp for 11KV ABC of any size 21 Fiting One no MVT on existing cross arm including 2 nos end termination (for One phase) of any rating for 11 kV AB Cable 22 Transporting poles by hired vehicle to a distance upto 5km and carrying upto 4 poles excluding loading & unloading. 23 Erection of Anchor clamp / dead end clamp for 11kV ABC of any size 24 Fitting and erecting one HT DP using PSC pole in position incl. fitting 2 channel cross arms, digging & back filling pit, drawing earth leads. 25 FittingoneAdditional75x40mm,1.8mChannelcrossarminexisting single pole incl. conveyance of materials. 26 Loading HT PSC pole from the stacking place and unloading the same at work site (transport by vehicle). 27 Fitting and providing one HT Fly stay for 11kV pole using HT PSC pole incl. digging & back filling pits. 28 Fitting and erecting one HT PSC Pole in position incl. fitting cross arm, digging & back filling pit, drawing earth leads. 29 Stringing of 11 kV Aerial bunched cable of size 3 x 150 + 1 x 120 sqmm with bare/insulated Messenger through existing poles 30 Fitting and providing one Strut using HT PSC pole incl. digging & back filling pit. 31 ProvidingoneCoilEarthusingGIearthwire,diggingseparatepitat standard distance away from the pole/structure & backfilling. 32 Fitting one set AB switch and giving connection 33 FittingoneAdditional2.4m/3mChannelcrossarm(100x50x6mm),in existing 11kV DP incl. conveyance of materials.
