Tender for New 11Kv Feeder Using Ug Cable From Pathiripala To Kottakunnu Laying Of Departmentally Provided 11Kv 3Cx300 Sqmm Ug Cable Of 4000Km By Hdd Method - Transporting poles by hired vehicle to a distance upto 5kmand carrying upto 4 poles excluding loading & unloading. 2 Laying of 11kV 3Cx300mm2 UG Cable by HDD method including supplying and pulling of 110mm HDPE pipe duct with all accessories ,cost of all material ,labour, conveyance charges and submissionof final profile drawing excluding cost of UG Cable 3 Doing one cable end termination on cables of sizes beyond 3x185 sqmm and upto and incl. 3x300 sq mm using the cable jointing kit supplied departmentally. 4 Fitting and providing one HT Stay for 11kV pole incl. digging & back filling pit. 5 Additional rate for excavation of one Pit for HT Pole/HT Stay in Laterite. 6 Providing one Earth using earth pipe incl. digging separate pit at standard distance away from the pole/structure & backfilling. 7 Additional rate for excavation of one Earth Pit (2.5m depth) in Laterite. 8 Fitting and erecting one HT PSC Pole in position incl. fitting cross arm, digging & back filling pit, drawing earth leads. 9 Loading HT PSC pole from the stacking place and unloading the same at work site (transport by vehicle). 10 Mounting the cable ends of all sizes upto and incl. 3x300 sq mm with special type cable clamps incl. cost of extra materials if needed and giving necessary connections. 11 Fitting and erecting one HT DP using PSC pole in position incl. fitting 2 channel cross arms, digging & back filling pit, drawing earth leads 12 Fitting one Additional 2.4m/3m Channel cross arm (100x50x6mm), inexisting 11kV DP incl. conveyance of materials 13 Fitting one set (3No.)11kV LA and giving connections excluding earthing. 14 Fitting one set AB switch and giving connection 15 Drilling hole of various sizes on existing Channel/Cross Arm. 16 Providing one Earth using earth pipe incl. digging & backfilling pit and supply of charcoal, salt, sand etc.
