Providing and laying bituminous macadam 50 to 75 mm (fifty to Seventy five millimetre) thick with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto any lead laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504 including carriage of materials with in all lead lifts and other incidentals complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulation distributer at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg (zero point twenty five to zero point thirty kilogram) per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 and including carriage of materials with in all lead, lifts and other incidentals complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Laying 40mm (forty millimetre) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.4 to 5.6 (five point four to five point six) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification Cluase 509 complete in all respect and including carriage of materials with in all lead, lifts and other incidentals complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm (two point five millimetre) thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade / colour using hot thermoplastic matrial by fully / semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe grass beads dispenser propane tank heater and profile shoe heater driven by exprienced operator on road surface including cost of material labour T&P cleaning the road surface of all dirt seals oil grease and foreign material etc. complete in all respect and including carriage of materials with in all lead, lifts and other incidentals complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and installation of delinators (road way indicators, hazard markers, object markers) 80-100 cm (eighty to one hundred centimetre) high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm (fifteen centimetre wide strips, fitted with 80x100 mm eighty to one hundred millimetre) rectangular or 75mm (seventy five millimetre) dia circular sharpe of 3m (three netre) or its equivlent reflectorised panls at the top, buried of pressed into the ground conforming to IRC -79 and the drawing, including carriage of materials with in all lead, lifts and other incidentals complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing pavement marker (cat eyes) made out of ABC 3M ( three metre) postes of size 128 x 110 x 29.5 mm (one hundred twenty eighty x one hundred ten x twenty nine point five millimeter) without having 50 mm (fifty millimeter) stem of ABS. The pavement makers shall be installed with epoxy ABS including carriage of materials and equipment with a made of transportation and as per direction of Engineer - in charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
