Bids Are Invited For Title1 Patrolling or Inspection of DI pipe line for checking leakage detecting from intake well cum pump house to Turamdih Area where DI pipe line exists with technical persons Minimum one fitter with transport facility daily and including tightening of nuts and bolts where ever required for rectification of leakages observed during routine inspection. Title2 Attending as and when required major breakdown or rectifying leakage of DI pipe line including fixing of necessary mechanical joint and all accessary within twelve hours information or notice for rectification till the resumption of the service including al labour charges equipment tools and tackles but excluding cost of materials etc Title3 Overhauling charges of valves including change of gland packing if required with all labour charges for joints for following sizes of gate or sluice valve or butterfly valves For Four hundred mm dia Title4 Overhauling charges of valves including change of gland packing if required with all labour charges for joints etc for following sizes of gate or sluice valve or butterfly valves For Five hundred mm dia. Title5 Repairing of air valves including charges of float ball with all labour charges tools and tackles Title6 Earth work in excavation in trenches or drains including dressing of saides and ramming of bottoms lift upto One point five metre including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed All kinds of soil Title7 Return earth filling by available excavated earth Excluding rock in trenches plinth sides of foundation etc in layers not exceeding twenty cm in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming Allow for breading up lumes shrinkage etc watering lead upto fifty metre and lift upto One point five metre complete as directed by the EIC. Title8 Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation grass bush wood trees and saplings of girth upto thirty cm measured at a height of one metre above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of fifty metre outside the periphery of the area cleared. Title9 Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in equalities not exceeding fifteen cm deep and disposal of rubbish lead upto fifty metre and lift upto one point five metre All kinds of soil. Title10 Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering ramming consolidating and dressing complete Title11 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering All work up to plinth level One Cement isto three coarse sand six graded stone aggregate twenty mm nominal size. Title12 RCCwork below and above plinth level up to floor five level One cement isto one point five coarse sand isto three graded stone aggegate twenty mm nominal size is to be provided. Title13 Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening cutting bending placing in position and binding all complete. Title14 Centering and shuttering including strutting propping and removal of form for all heights. Title15 15mm thick cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix one cement isto six coarse sand to be provided.
