Tender For Providing And Fixing False Celing In Mechano Chemistry Laboratory At Csir-Iict, Hyderabad; 1 Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC 0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Non combustible as per BS 476 (part 4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 15x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15x32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.With fully perforated 12 mm thick micro tegular edged or 10 mm thick square edged GRG false ceiling tiles. 2 Wiring in existing conduit: Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.Make: Finolex/ Havells 3 1 x 1.5 sq.mm 4 2 x 1.5 sq.mm 5 3x2.5 sq.mm 6 S/F PVC Conduit: Supplying and fixing of following sizes of PVC conduit along with accessories on Metal Angular frames, pipes with necessary weldings to fix pvc pipe/ surface/recess cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. Miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc., as required.Single pole 12 Installation of exhaust fan in the existing opening/ MS Mesh with proper support and necessary fabrication works, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required.(i) Upto 450 mm sweeep 13 Disconnecting and removing of existing oldLights/ Ceiliing fans/ Exhaust fans: Disconnecting and removing of Existing Tube Light fitings (10 No.), Ceiling fans (05 No.), Exhaust fans (03 Nos.) of all types including Down rods and transporting all the dismantled materials with out any damage from the site to departmental stores/ debries yardas directed by the Engineer in charge. 14 ITC ceiling fan: Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, including down rods oflength (upto 5 feet) with all mechanical supports if necessary, connections, paintings etc; should be done as directed by Engineer incharge. 15 Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5 A ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connections etc. as required. 16 Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 600mmx600mm recess mounted LED luminaires withnecessary chain supports in the existing false ceiling, connections etc; as directed by Engineer incharge. 17 Supply of 400 mm Sweep, 230 V, 50 Hz, BLDC Wall Mount Oscillating fan with remote control (white) as directed by Engineer incharge.Make: Atomberg Renesa Wall fan
