Retrofitting of L&T make ACB at TU Block Pitampura SPS in AC-14 .- 1 L&T make Air circuit breakers (ACB), 800A in framel, 3 pole, M DO type WITH mtx 1.5g 50 KA (with LSING protection & display) with both side terminal adapter Make L&T 2 Amp. Meter digital Make: L&T 3 Volt Meter digital Make: L&T 4 UV release Make: L&T 5 Dismantling of old ACB& other accessories from existing Panel, removing of all cable connection after taking shut down with heavy labor etc. 6 Providing /fixing and making connection of including links, bends, aluminium bus bar will be of electrolytic grade conductivity or as per relevant IS having sufficient cross section area insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve in phase color identification.. All hard ware for connection/joints shall be in high tensle. 7 Arrangement of incoming / outgoing cable termination by providing & fixing of terminal link of current carrying capacity 800Amp. With phase separator I. Removable cable gland plate to be provided for each cable entry with cable gland. Making connection of both incoming & out going side as required with proper insulation. 8 Fixing of the ACB in the existing L T Panel Board including providing & fabrication & fixing of the base frames of suitable sizes for ACBs in the chamber. 9 Fixing all the measuring instruments. at the metering chamber along with complete wiring through 2.5 sq mm single core copper wire including providing and fixing of necessary ferrules etc. 10 Insulation with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve/PVC tape throughout in red, yellow & blue color to identify three phases & black for neutral on panel bus bar 11 Cleaning of ACB 800Amp. removal of old grease and re-greasing of all movable parts with recommended grease, setting of tripping mechanism, cleaning of ACB with making all incoming & out going cable connection with thimbling. 12 Testing & commissioning of ACB & allied accessories as per required parameters with relevant IS testing of the panel prior to switching on as Continuity and earth testing Meggaring of all equipments for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth.
