Tender For Nh 203 To Darada Adhangapada _Road- 1 Clearing & grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation , grass, bushes,shrubs, saplings & trees girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier & disposal of unserviceable materials by manual means & stacking of serviciable materials to be used or acutioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal & disposal of top organic soils not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per technical specification clause 210 & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 2 Labour for scraping cleaning the road suface applying tack coat using3.0 kg of bitumen for 10 Sqm and laying 37.5 mm thick built up spray grouting in one layer using 0.45 cum of 25 mm to 40 mm size hard granite metal and 12.00 kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 sqm with 0.12 Cum of 12 mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10 sqm spreading over and laying includingheating pouring and spreading over and spreading bitumen metal and chips and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machineries but excluding cost and conveyance of bitumen ,metal and chips complete as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge. 3 Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen @0.2 / 0.30/.4kg per sqm on the prepared bitumenous surface/granular base treated with primer/ granular base (not primed)cleaned surface including cost of all materials, labour , T&P etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.Bituminous Surface 4 Granular Surface 5 Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plantusingcrushedaggregates of 10mm down gradedpremixed with bituminousbinder ofVG-30 ofbitumen,transportingthehot mixtoworksite, laying with a hydrostaticpaverfinisherwithsensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as perClause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) includingcost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 6 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsionSSI on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoSRT&H specifications includingcost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 7 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 kms, spreading, grading to required slope & compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications forRoad & Bridge works (4th Revision) 8 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with PRR 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of H.G stone screening / binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required densityas per Technical Specification Clause 404 of MoSRT&H specificationsincludingcost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.WBM Gr.II(with Stone screening) 9 WBM Gr.III(with Stone screening) 10 Construction of granular subbase by providing close gaded granular sub-base grading-III materials as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with retovator at OMC, and compacting with vibrator roller to achieve the desired density comlete as per clasue 401 of MOSRT & H speciciation for road & bridge works (4th revision)etc.complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 11 Earth work excavation in foundation in Hard soil within 50 m initial lead & 1.5 m initial lift including rough dressing & breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm & laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 m in depth & as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
