Redevelopment Of 10 Nos Gpra Lodhi Colony Parks And Supply Of Garden Maintaining Equipments In Gpra Lodhi Colony Parks Under Mla Lad Fund Scheme.-1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. 1.1 All kinds of soil 6 Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, ( for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.). 2 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. 2.1 Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix) 5 Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved 3 Providing and laying 75 mm thick compacted bed of dry brick aggregate of 40 mm thick nominal size including spreading, well ramming, consolidating and grouting with jamuna sand, including finishing smooth etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge. 4 Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The ladder should be made of heighg quality tensile strenght aluminium alloy having a weight of 8 to 9 kg etc. The ladder should consist of height adjusting arrangement, which can be easily adjusted at any step using wire rope, pully and its trey can be easily moved on platform complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 8 Providing and supplying Pruning sharpener having rhombus shape sharpener with impulse hardened saw teeth blades. The blade should be of size 70 mm with special grade diamond sharpener with moulded plastic grip handle equivalent to model of Samurai Daimond sharpener model no. DFH-70 as per direction of Engineerin- Charge. 9 Providing and supplying Tree Pruning saw with pipe handle (without pole) having curved blade. The blade should be of 330 mm lenght with triple bevel teeth having chrome plating and electronically impulse hardened with a tooth pitch of 4mm. The cutting capacity of 20mm with with extendable aluminium pipe (extended upto 6 feet) and having a handle with covered with rubber cusion, having comfortable grip etc. equivalent to the make Falcon Model no. FTPF-2252 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 10 Providing and supplying pruning saw of size 210 mm with folding autolock arrangement. The pruning saw should have folding curved blades with autolock mechnizm having blade lenght of 210 mm, triple bevel teeth having chrome plating which are electronically impulse hardened with a tooth pitch of 4mm. The autolock should hold blade securily during open and closed position. The handle should be covered rubber cusion having comfortable grip. Pruning saw should be equivalent to the make of Corona razor folding pruning saw Model no. RS 7265D etc. and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 11 Providing and supplying cordless battery operated telescopic tree pruner having telephonic shaft arrangement for variable height adjustment with a run time of 90 minutes and power 40 - 2.50 Ah lithium ion battery. The pruner should have a Oil tank with capacity of 70 ML having automatic chain lubrication with oil level indicator. The weight of the pruner should be 4.2 kg with a arrangement of detechable cutting head, shoulder strap. The pruner should have bar length 25 cm, oregon antivibration chain 91P040X, oregon low vibration chain and bar with sprocket nose etc. compete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 12 Providing and supplying self support straight aluminium tower ladder working upto 12 feet height made of aluminium alloy with a platform size 2 feet x 2 feet, wheel (4 nos) of size 12x 2 inch, platform extended height 12 feet and closed height 8 feet. The ladder should have steps made out of 25.4 mm fluited pipe. The trolly size 4x5 feet made out of 100 mmx 50 mm channel double rope with 8 mm manual winch for ladder extension capacity. The ladder should have a load carrying capacity not less than 300 kg etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 18 Providing and fixing Stainless steel sheet of grade 304 and 16 gauge thickness having boarder and ingraved letters in it with necessary screws and fixing arrangement complete as per direction
