Tender For NEW 11KV FEEDER FROM VALIYAVELICHAM SUB STATION UNDER ES PATIAM (CW-6681-202425-39)Work under : Electrical Section Patiam- 1 Loading HT A type pole from the stacking place and unloading the same at work site (transport by vehicle). 2 Additional rate for excavation of Pit for A type pole in Rock. 3 Fitting one Additional 2.4m/3m Channel cross arm (75x40x6mm), in existing 11kV DP incl. conveyance of materials. 4 Providing concrete muffing (0.45x0.45x1.5m) inclusive of cost of all material (as per specification). 5 Fitting and providing one HT Fly stay for 11kV pole using HT PSC pole incl. digging & back filling pits. 6 Additional rate for excavation of one Pit for HT Pole/HT Stay in Rock. 7 Fitting and providing one Strut using HT PSC pole incl. digging & back filling pit. 8 Fitting and erecting one HT A type Pole in position incl. fitting cross arm, digging & back filling pit, drawing earth leads. 9 Additional rate for excavation of Pit for A type pole in Soft Rock. 10 Pole numbering using printed Aluminium sheets / Painting the surface of pole with anti algal yellow paint and painting Letters with black paint as specified incl. cost of paint. 11 Additional rate for reinstalling LT line on the renewed 11kV pole having both HT and LT (HT/LT) lines. 12 Transferring LT Sph 2/3 wire OH line to newly erected HT/LT pole and refitting all items to the new pole. 13 Transferring LT 3ph 4/5 wire OH line to newly erected HT/LT pole and refitting all items to the new pole. 14 Dismantling and reconnecting Sph service connection from the OH line incl. lowering down the WP portion. 15 Dismantling and reconnecting 3ph service connection from the OH line incl. lowering down the WP portion. 16 Additional rate for refitting/redoing one Shackle set and reshackling one span while renewing any type of pole. 17 Additional rate for refitting/redoing one Disc set while renewing any type of 11kV cut pole 18 Fitting one Additional 75x40mm, 1.8m Channel cross arm in existing single pole incl. conveyance of materials. 19 Dismantling (without damage) one 11kV PSC/RCC pole after disconnecting stays, strut etc. and stacking the same. 20 Dismantling (without damage) one 11kV A type pole after disconnecting stays, strut etc. and stacking the same. 21 Fitting and providing one HT Stay for 11kV pole incl. digging & back filling pit. 22 Additional rate for excavation of one Pit for HT Pole/HT Stay in Soft Rock. 23 Stringing of 11 kV Aerial bunched cable of size 3 x 120+ 1 x 95 sqmm with bare/insulated Messenger through existing poles 24 Laying HT XLPE UG cable (of sizes beyond 3x185 sqmm and upto and incl.3x300 sqmm) as per specification excl. excavation and backfilling. 25 Excavation of cable trench in all classes of soil and backfilling after laying of cable (excluding laying of cable) 26 Mounting the cable ends of all sizes upto and incl. 3x300 sq mm with special type cable clamps incl. cost of extra materials if needed and giving necessary connections. 27 Doing one cable end termination on cables of sizes beyond 3x185 sqmm and upto and incl. 3x300 sq mm using the cable jointing kit supplied departmentally. 28 Providing Cable Tie 29 Fitting one Additional 2.4m/3m Channel cross arm (100x50x6mm), in existing 11kV DP incl. conveyance of materials. 30 Fitting and erecting one HT DP using PSC pole in position incl. fitting 2 channel cross arms, digging & back filling pit, drawing earth leads. 31 Fitting one set (3No.) 11kV LA and giving connections excluding earthing. 32 Providing one Coil Earth using GI earth wire, digging separate pit at standard distance away from the pole/structure & backfilling. 33 Doing one cable end termination on HT ABC of sizes Up to 3x150+1x120 sqmm 34 Transporting poles by hired vehicle to a distance upto 5km and carrying upto 4 poles excluding loading & unloading. 35 Fitting one set AB switch and giving connection 36 Drilling hole of various sizes on existing Channel/Cross Arm. 37 Erection of Anchor clamp / dead end clamp for 11kV ABC of any size 38 Fitting and erecting one HT DP using A type pole in position incl. fitting 2 channel cross arms, digging & back filling pit, drawing earth leads. 39 Fiting One no MVT on existing cross arm excluding termination work (for One phase) of any rating for 11 kV AB Cable 40 Additional rate for excavation of one Pit for Coil Earthing in Soft Rock. 41 Providing one Earth using earth pipe incl. digging separate pit at standard distance away from the pole/structure & backfilling. 42 Additional rate for excavation of one Earth Pit (2.5m depth) in Soft Rock. 43 Erection of suspension clamp for 11KV ABC of any size
