Repair Of Damaged Lining Of Kheri Minor - Excavation of Soil using Hyraulic Excavator and hydraulic Tractor Trolly I/C cutting and loading in Trolly and transporting to the embankment locations with all lifts and leads with avg lead disposal carriage upto 8.70 km i/c 1st 0.45 km katcha 2 Extra for laying earthwork as per specifications for compaction in 20 cm layer and dressing including cost of rolling and watering as per specifications 3 Earthwork for lip cutting for irrigation of channel inclusive of all allowances leads and dressing 0 to 1.5 mtr depth 4 Earthwork excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in all kinds of soil where pick jumper work is not involved and not exceeding 2.0 metres depth including dressing of bottom and side of trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry in 15 cm, layers with compaction including disposal of all surplus soil as directed within a lead of 30 metres.(sleepers + Coping) 5 Dressing of Side Slopes and prepration of sub grade for lining complete in all respect as per PWD specification 6 Laying cement water slurry 1:3, with cement @ 2.25 kg/sqms as on prepared side slopes before laying concrete on side slopes. 7 Cement concrete lining 75mm thick or less laid mannualy for irrigation channels using cement concrete M-15 with cement contant 325 kg per cum mixed an automatic computerized batching and mixing plant and transported to the site in transit mixers & with an average lead of 1km (For Trapozoidal Section and Cup Section of all radius) For bed &side slopes 8 Cement concrete lining 75mm thick or less laid mannualy for irrigation channels using cement concrete M-15 with cement contant 325 kg per cum mixed an automatic computerized batching and mixing plant and transported to the site in transit mixers & with an average lead of 1km (For Trapozoidal Section and Cup Section of all radius) For Sleeper 9 Cement concrete lining 75mm thick or less laid mannualy for irrigation channels using cement concrete M-15 with cement contant 325 kg per cum mixed an automatic computerized batching and mixing plant and transported to the site in transit mixers & with an average lead of 1km (For Trapozoidal Section and Cup Section of all radius) For Coping 10 Shuttering for faces of concrete lining on side slopes and bed complete in all respectas per design/drawing and PWD specifications 11 Extra bitumen painting at 0.69 per sqm (on sleeper) 12 Providing & laying150 micron Polyethene Sheetover sleeper 13 Dismantling of PCC including T&P scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material. & staking the serviceable material with all lifts & lead of 100 mtr (By Mechanical Means)
