Ii) Model Of Stage Should Be Submitted Physically Along With C.D.(Size 18 X20) Quality Of Arts Shall Be Given First Preference Iv) Size Of Stage Should Be Erected With The Size Of Stage Of Malyabanta Stage At Dnk Play Field. (Length 48 Feet) V) Decision Of Committee In All Respect Is Final Decoration from DNK Chowk to Medical Chowk for 5 days Light and Sound System at the Stage & DNK Field & out field Light and Sound system items (Details to be decided after Pre-bid meeting.) Light setting of the Stage should be matched with stage model Convened Party/Agent/Firms/Proprietor should provide own Generator according to light and sound for uninterrupted programme. Decision of committee in all respect is final. Lazer Light Show on the stage Still Photography, Videography, Drone Camera, Live telecasting of on Screen and posting of live programme in YouTube. Live telecasting of programme on 12x10 feet Screen (2nos) at DNK play field Still photography for 5 days Videography of Malyabanta Programme for 5days and 5 copies of edited DVD and Pen drive should be submitted to the DCO, Malkangiri. Good & transparent photographs are acceptable only All the photographs should be given in two Albums Use of Drone Camera for the said programme Live posting of all programme in YouTube
