Tender For Repair/Resurfacing Of Internal Roads Berm, Path, Hardstanding At Dgre Rdc, Manali. ; 1 M&L for cleaning the surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with compressor air blower to remove all loose dust and dirt etc / taking out dust / existing material with compressed air and making the surface free from dust, drying the surface and applying one coat ofpolymeric modified bitumen emulsion (PMBE) by using self propelled emulsion distribution uniformly or towedemulsion pressure sprayer , equipped for spraying the PMBE uniformly and mopping the total undiluted PMBE @ 0.50 litre per sqmin one coat (diluted quantity 1.00 litre / Sqm) dully diluted in ratio 1:1 (PMBE 1 litre : water 1 litre) and ensure uniform finish of total area complete all as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. 2 M&L for repairs to pot holes any depth, n.exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in road, path etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by filling in screened and graded road materials over a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm and well ramming including supply of road metal complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 3 M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and making 2.5mm thick centre lines, dashes,arrows etc and like n exc 10 cm wide on roads pavements Swith hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per Manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. 4 Dismantling of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floor aprons etc laid bedded in pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation all as directedby Engr in charge 6 M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with rubber mould type any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of80mm thickness M-35 grade of concrete as in floors/ pavements and design with grey cement and pigment bases, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 7 Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thick (above or below ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 8 Material & Labour for road side kerb with factory made Precast cement concrete block of mix 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate,with 150 mm in width & set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
