Note : The quoted rates by the bidder for MCCB should be inclusive of sheet steel enclosure. 18 Supply , installation , testing and commissioning of Diesel engine driven generating set silent complete with acoustic enclosure in accordance to ASCE7-10 and control system complete with panel forautomatic starting on mains failure, Output of 128 KW/160 KVA and working temperature range (-) 20 degree centigrade to (+) 70 degree centigrade & alternator of suitable capacity and RPM, coupled with each other and capable of taking 10% overload for one hour on every 12 hours with flexible coupling mounted on common base plate and antivibration pads on foundation as recommended by the manufacturer. The DG set shall comprise of electric starter motor with batteries of 24 Volts, 160 AH including suitable lead for charging with copper /brass terminals. The DG set shall have turbo charger after cooled type and electronic governing. AVR with all standard fittings, fixtures & all piping etc as furnished below and specified.(a) Voltmeter : Voltmeter with 0-500 Volts, flush mounted 96mm square digital type with selector switch suitable to connect voltmeter to stand by or mains supply.
