Panel board Supply , erection, testing and commissioning of cubical type floor mounted MS fabricated dust and vermin proof common control panel board consisting of 1 No. 630A36Kacapacity motor protection MCCB as incomer and providing suitable size Aluminium bus bar to interconnect the above MCCBs and fitted with 3 Nos of indicator lamps,1 No. volt meter with selector switch ,1 No. Ammeter with selector switch for measuring current in each phase etc. complete and provided with a common earth bus for the entire panel and inter connect with the MCCBs as per IE rules and code of practice. The panel shall be fitted on a common base frame on suitable foundation. 4. Cabling Supply, laying testing and commissioning of suitable size XLPE copper cables for the above pump set from panel board to starter and from starter to motor considering energy conservation. 5. CI Plate Earthing Supply of all materials and providing suitable earthing by using suitable size pipe /plate earthing GI/copper strip buried in ground and giving double earthing to motor, starter , panel board etc. as per IE standards.6. Capacitor Supply, erection testing and commissioning of heavy duty APP capacitor for the motor to get a power above 0.95. Capacitor connected to external contact,The capacitor shall confirm to IS 28348. 7.Valves supply of suitable size best quality heavy duty PN 1.6 ISI marked CI double flanged sluice, valve should beeelectrically Actuators sluice valve (PN1.6) including all accessoriesvalve operation andDI non retutn valve . Fitting of valves shall included proper RCC support especially for non return valves . 8.MS pipe 9mm thickness with flanges for delivery connections including suitable foundation with MS base plate, J type foundation bolts&nuts all accessories, conforming to IS 1710. , necessary fabrication works for delivery connections 9.cable connection from existing supply point to main switch to starter and starter to motor. capacitors ,earthing ,as per IE rules etc.erection and all trial running extra complete.
