| 1 | PART-I:- Material and labour for exterior painting work including complete removal of existing treatment and rubbish material till top surface of existing plaster and crack filling with crack seal upto 3mm where required and making good/smooth the surface with wall putty with silicon additives and sanding the surface for removal of loose particles and applying one coat of smartcare waterproof primer on wall with 10% of dilution of water and applying two coats of 100% acrylic smooth emulsion exterior grade with silicon additives and anti-algal and fungal properties, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- All treatment shall be done by applicator authorized by original equipment manufacturer withany mechanical means spray gun/roller. Make:- ASIAN PAINTS /BERGER /NEROLAC. |
| 2 | Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, all as specified and as directed. |
| 3 | Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on fair faces of brick wall or on stone masonry cement concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed (external wall surfaces). |

| 5 | Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 6 | Cleaning of the bushes/unwanted weeds, plants, etc. or any rubbish material found along the security/boundary line of defence land upto 1.50m width for periodical services to walls and removing the material, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. |
| 7 | Demolition of stones or brick masonry or block walling, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches etc., but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work etc.complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | Fly ash brick work with old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | All as per Serial Item No. 08 above but except bricks, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Servicable bricks retrieved from Serial Item No 07 shall be reused. |
| 10 | Walling random rubble masonry with best quality locally available stone, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Locally available slate stone not shall be used. |
| 11 | All as per Serial Item No. 10 above but except stone, complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Servicable stone retrieved from Serial Item No 07 shall be reused. |
| 12 | Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 13 | Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.50 metre clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.Note :- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately. |
| 14 | Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 15 | Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed ballusters walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 16 | Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxideonnew steel or steel based surfaces of any description, exceeding 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 17 | Broken glass coping on top of wall in cement mortar 1:3, including taking and removing rubbish, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 18 | Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured) |
| 19 | Concertina coil with punched tape of 900mm dia (when stretched), centre core wire of minimum 2.50mm dia of mild steel wire conforming to IS 280-2006 with galvanised coating of steel concertina coil as per requirements laid down for medium coated wire in IS:4826 \"Hot dipped galvanised coating of round steel wires \"concertina coil shall be fixed in diamond shape with the help of dovetail two handle and spikes shall be fixed at both end of coil, minimum straight length of the wire 180 RM for 10 RM of work, minimum weight 16.50 Kg for 10 RM of work including dismantling of existing concertina coil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- The actual weight of concertina coil brought by the contractor at site shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE. |
