Reconstruction Of Box Culvert At Bhawarkol Thana To Bhadaura Link Road - Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work. 2 Sand Filling in Foundation Trenches as per Drawing & Technical Specification 3 Plain cement concrete M-15 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. 4 Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. RCC Grade M25 Using Batching Plant 5 Providing and laying Cement concrete wearing coat M-25 grade EX.cluding reinforcement complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications 6 Supplying fitting and placing Mild bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications clauses 1002, 1010 and 1202 7 Construction of weep holes with 100mm dia AC Pipe as per direction of E/I. 8 Providing and laying of compression seal joint consisting of steel armoured nosing at two edges of the joint gap suitably anchored to the deck concrete and a preformed chloroprene elastomer or closed cell foam joint sealer compressed and fixed into the joint gap with special adhesive binder to cater for a horizontal movement upto 40 mm and vertical movement of 3 mm. as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 2600 9 Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and Technical Specification 10 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from right of way with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. 11 Providing and fixing 100 mm dia G.I.Pipe over new jarsi type crash barrier 12 Water Bound Macadam (G-3)- Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.
