The scope of work includes unloading of the material & shifting of the same at designated place as per requirement of the area in charge. 2. The materials shifting from custom bounded area to normal storage area & vendor godown to stores (plant A and B). 3. All required manpower, supervision, tools & tackles is in service provider’s scope. 4. The service provider has to ensure safe handling of all the materials. 5. In case the service provider fails to proceed the work with reasonable speed due to inadequate manpower or unable to execute satisfactorily as per the requirement given by the area in charge, the employer shall have a right to get the work done by any other agency & recover the cost from the service provider’s bill. 6. The normal Working time shall be from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm but if requirement arises then the service provider has to make sure that the unloading is done as per the requirement given by the area in charge. 7. The service provider to arrange for group insurance and safety accessories (i.e. safety shoes, helmet, hand gloves, safety jacket, safety glasses, nose marks, ear plug etc. as per requirement of the area in charge. 8. Service provider has to provide manpower in night hours also, if in case of any emergency. 9. Re-bagging of material and unwanted material which are comes with material for support like thermocol, cardboard, plastic strip, metal strip should be place in appropriate place. 10. Unloading in night hours also PRCM MATERIAL UNLOADING BY CRANE 280,000 MT PRCM MATERIAL UNLOADING- MANUALLY 8,000 MT Note - The quantities shown are on annual basis. However, it may increase or decrease depending on the actual requirements. AM/NS SCOPE OF SUPPLY: 1. Required crane, hydra & forklift for unloading at store/designated site shall be provided by AM/NS.
