    Repair Of Vessel M.V. Amita Under H.N.J.P.S.S.Ltd- 1 The vessel to Block & charge 2 Under hull fitting components i.e. propeller, propeller shaft Rudder & bush dismantled & re-fitted. 3 6YDA MAK -II Ruston Engine full overhauling work. (Except any defect of Crank shaft found, New Crank shaft supply by H.N.J.PS.S.Ltd.) 4 Clutch Drum Repair 5 Davit Brown Gear Box (D) full overhauling wor 6 Damaged of Stern tube to be replaced. 7 Rubber cut-Iac bush to be re-rubberizing. 8 G.M. Ford Bush & Gland cover require re-sleeving to suit with the res tive ro eller shaft journal. 9 SS. Propeller shaft worm out journal metalizing by S.S. electrode & machining to suit with respective bush and trueness to be checked & rectified. 10 Damaged of M.S. Plate & Angle at Deck plate, Side shell, bottom & Toilet and kitchen room to be renewal. 11 Renewal of rudder wheel. 12 Both side wheel house railing to be Iron net fitting & Fixing 13 Wheel house staff cabin window. to be Iron net fitting & fixing. 14 Provide new Double bollard for vessel mooring. 15 Provide new Iron Almirah. 16 Provide of MS. Chequered plate (5 mm Thick) &AngIe (50 X 50 X 6 mm) at Engine room Deck 17 Damaged of Celling pIywood to be replaced. 18 Damaged of cloth Skin at engine room to be replaced. 19 Provide 650 W Inverter at Engine room. 20 Entire vessel thoroughly chipping, sraping, washing and painting (1st coat primer & 2nd Coat finish paint)
