Bids Are Invited For Broad Scope: Design, engineering, manufacture, inspection, testing at manufacturer’s works, packing, supply & delivery of the TP single bus bar, indoor, draw out type, floor mounted, bottom cable entry, 415V, 3PH, 4Wire, 50Hz, 2000A, 50KA, 1sec PMCC switch board complete in line with IEC 61439-1&2 and IEC 61641 with 01 no ACB Incomers(2500A), 01 no bus couplers( 2500A), 03 no’s DOL motor feeders( 90 kw) and 03 MCCB (63A) outgoing feeders as per attached GA, datasheets, BOM, technical specification and documentation with tag no MCC-322E. Bidder shall design adapter panel if required for hook up with the existing English electric make switch board of 2000A rating. The space available is 3800 mm.The no of verticals shall be designed accordingly. a.Annexure 01: General specification shall be in accordance with IEC 61439-1/2. b.Annexure 02: Data sheet of PMCC 322E c.Annexure 03: summery of NIT specification d.Annexure 04: Approved make of components. e.Annexure05: Bill of Materials The scope also includes 1.Supervision of installation of the switchboard. 2.Supervision of testing & commissioning of the switchboard & relays at site. 3.Predispatch inspection by Nalco representative at partys work. 4.Instruction to bidder. a)The panel shall be manufactured by OEM at OEM works with type tested design.(OEM means manufacturer of switch board panels & ACB.) b)The space available is 3800 mm.The no of verticals shall be designed accordingly. c)The switchboard shall be connected to the existing English electric make board of 2000A rating. d)Bidder has to mention specifically the type/design of the offered switch board. e)Bidder/OEM shall provide valid type test reports as asked in cl-28.1 of Annexure-02 for the offered switchboard or similar rated(similar means 2000A or above) switch board along with technical bid for evaluation. Type test report validity is 10 years. Test result and date shall be cleared mentioned in the test report. f)Attached BOM is not exhaustive. Vendor has to consider all additional components that shall be required for making the switch board complete as per the enclosed attachments and specifications. g)Vendor has to fill up all the attached annexures dully signed and stamped for technical scrutiny and recommendation. h)Bidder has to submit GA & schematic drawing, BOM, SLD before manufacturing for approval of Nalco. i)The party shall submit 03 sets of drawing and manual in hard copy and soft copies in both PDF and AutoCAD format.
